Big waste of time to drive out here from NYC. The car i went to look at was listed as a clean title. I paid them to give me the carfax. The lady who works there brought me about 5 out of 10 pages. Any page that had something bad on it I did not receive. I then brought this matter to her attention. She told me that was the whole carfax. She then went back in and came out with some more pages. She said they sent it to her in 2 separate emails. (I don't understand why carfax would email this report yet alone 2 separate emails.) The car was also listed as 2100 online and had a sticker on the window that said 2400. Definitely beware dealing with this people. They are sneaky and very comfortable with trying to pull a fast one on a naive person. Be smart, don't be scammed by them and if you decide to do business with them be very careful. The woman working there who tried to pull the fast one was very friendly but don't let her kindness deceive you. They would never get away with this with an unfriendly staff. And one last note don't just read my review read some others. After reading them my story doesn't seem as bad. (compared to the mother of 4 they sold a lemon or the person taking a 3 hour train ride). Close this place down.

I did all my research before buying a car I was prepared to be misled like your typical car dealer but what a relief, I spoke with Glen and he was extremely helpful, kind & honest and The price was the same as they posted on the website didn't increase as I was expecting it to but it did not, It was the easiest and by far the best buying experience I have ever had. Called this morning to inquire about a vehicle. Tried to set up a test drive. First off, the "gentleman" was very rude and nasty. He told me that unless I was buying the car out right today, he wasn't going to bother preparing for a test drive. I told him I was researching cars and trying to narrow down some choices, which I thought was what a responsible consumer does. Apparently, that concept was foreign to him. He treated me as if I was wasting his time and lost out on a possible outright sale. I wouldn't recommend anyone I know to this place.

We worked with Len over the phone to purchase a Lexus sight unseen from pictures online. It was the most stress-free experience I've ever had with a vehicle. The staff was Very personable, professional, and quite funny! We had a bunch of questions because we didn't see it other than pictures and were making a huge purchase. He made it comfortable talking to him and answers all our questions was very up front and honest.Our experience couldn't be more perfect. He assisted with helping set up a shipper and everything the price was way less than anywhere we searched online! We couldn't be more happy and Highly recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here!

I cannot say enough about this dealership. From my first dealing with them when I bought my Sante Fe, 2 years ago I had a great experience with very knowledgeable staff.We also just recently purchased a car for my daughter for only $1200 no other dealer has cars in that price range , and I would (and do) recommend this dealership to everyone!

When you're on a budget and the salesman tells you "I'm gonna be honest,for every 500 you spend the better vehicle you're gonna get", he was not lying! You get what you pay more and I saved up a wee bit more for my 05 altima and it was so worth it. I have my first car with a sunroof, an auxiliary port for my music, a 6 disc cd changer and it's amazing on gas!! These guys really are honest and helpful and im.so happy I got what I wanted but better and then some ! I would highly recommend this place. Thanks a bunch Tom

Very nice salesman well informed and non pushy sales pitch he knew the inventory and pointed me in the right direction to fit my budget. A pleasant buying experience and great prices we looked all over online and at first i thought the prices were too good to be true but it was real and well worth the trip! I don't know where to begin you guys first I was online saw a Chrysler Pacifica I liked fully loaded for 3200 the vehicle was at the west long branch location so I called and the guy says yes its available at our Hamilton location rt.130 which was closer to me I then called back to let them know I was interested in the gray one on at west long branch and he hung up so the next day my neighbor drove me to the Hamilton location and the guys where friendly but not honest we asked could we test drive he made an excuse for that they hide the fact that most cars are as is this vehicle was 3400 online with 140000 miles and when I got there it was 3695 I told them I saw it on craigslist for 3400 so he says let me check if so then u can get it for that price I purchased the vehicle on 2/13/16 and on 2/19/16 only 6 days after having the vehicle the check engine light came on after me and my 3 children went out to dinner the next day the trunk wouldn't close took it to auto zone they diagnosed it and said its the cataylic converter and fuel leak also the trunk lock was broken and the car salesman didn't say any history on the vehicle like it was hit in the back nor that it had any problems most places are honest and share a little details bout your vehicle they said nothing I can go on about this but I know I have to cut it short. I called both offices and to let them know my problems they said oh you brought the car as is and there's nothing we can do my parents said ok then we'll see u in court because the cost of repair is a little over $800 so I paid $3400 for the vehicle taxes and everything came to $3922 now with the extra cost of $800 its almost $5000 that's insane when purchasing the vehicle my neighbor asked can they give us a discount on the vehicle salesman said no but while doing paperwork another buyer kepted asking to go lower and they took $300 off of the car he purchased for his nephew but because I was a nice young lady they got over big time but I'm going to fight this matter big time because there was no sign saying as is and most as is vehicles the owner or salesman is a little honest and let you know some of the vehicle problems not these guys they are scams and they sale lemons they turned the engine light off until a customer buys it that's why they sale most vehicles as is. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!
