Good prices and staff was friendly The only good things I have to say about this place. Sold the car I Traveled out of state for right under me and wasted my time. Drove 5hrs for my appointment (which I was told you needed in order to look at any vehicles on the lot) got there only to have a couple walk-ins at the same time looking at the car I traveled to purchase. They didn't honor my appointment and started both mine and the other couples purchase processes together stating whoever gets the paperwork done first gets the car. I should've left. I barely got a 2 min test drive in before being rushed to start paperwork. They wasted 3hrs of my time going through the process only to sell the car to the people that just walked in. Not only that but I stated I was doing a trade in upon arrival but had to go through that process again anyway. They low balled my trade in 2018 Jeep to $4k when they said they go off of carvanna which was estimated well over $8k for. I settled for the trade-in value only to have the vehicle I traveled 5hrs upon appointment for sold out from under me. They are completely disorganized don't know what's going on between employees and were not honest to customers when it came to needing appointments to be seen first. Shady business Just selling cars asap without care to customers who actually make appointments.

We test drove a vehicle we saw online, on a Friday around 6pm. we liked it and indicated we were coming back on Monday to complete the transaction. They set us up for an appointment at 6pm Monday. Saturday morning, I get a call from sales, stating someone is trying to buy the vehicle at Carvana. Salesperson and her boss stated they would hold the vehicle only if I signed a financing contract with them. I told them that I already have financing lined up. They would not hold the car. It was such a hassle buying from them. Why they would not hold a vehicle for 48 hours when a customer has indicated their interest, is beyond me. They could always release the car back to the public view if the customer does not return as promised. 48 hours as a show of good faith in a very competitive business, would have been a good way to earn a loyal customer base. We returned to Carmax, where the car-buying experience is always pleasant, no hassling to sign extra papers just for a car hold. This would be our 4th vehicle from CarMax. That is how to build a customer base.

Stick to rentals
Dingy and messy office. Employees playing on cellphones and hanging around smoking. Place smelled like an ashtray. Vehicle was damaged in two different areas on exterior. Rear bumper was cracked and asked for repair or discount on price I was declined any compensation. Pricing was not good enough to reflect damages etc

BE AWARE
BE AWARE! Purchased a 2016 Nissan Pathfinder. Apparently, the vehicle had been stored somewhere prior to being offered for sale, which allowed an animal to nest. Shortly after the purchase, this vehicle was in the shop for an expensive engine harness replacement. The warranty provided does not cover electrical problems. Contacted dealer management and the response was 'should have purchased and extended warranty. Needless to say, I am very disappointed!!

Make sure what you are getting
I bought used car from here. I accepted below average customer service partly due to car I was looking at seems few hundred dollars cheaper than other comparable cars out there. After I signed documents and paid check they told me car does not come with floor mats and has only one key (push button). So in the end I end up spending money I was hoping to save. So be aware and make sure what you will get for your money.

Awesome buying experience
Easy process; plenty of clean late model vehicles to choose from. The no haggle price is spot on, better deal than possible at carmax. Highly recommend if in the market for a good modern car at a very decent price.

Wasn't too ecstatic about the sales person that helped me. There were times that he clearly became irritated with me,after proclaiming TWICE that there was a strict "no hassle" policy at Hertz. I love my new car, but the salesmans' attitude was quite unnerving. He even had a few sexist remarks to spew at me while I was test driving the car! Work on those salesman skills sir....
