They accepted my car when I called about having it towed
They accepted my car when I called about having it towed in. They did not return a single phone call or answer their phone for weeks. They did not even look at my car for three weeks. Put me on hold for 1.5 hours and then hung up on me. The most horrific experience ever with a Cadillac dealer. Not until Sarah came did I experience any service. She was amazing.

Johnny and his service was 10/10.
Johnny and his service was 10/10. He was more than helpful and would be very happy to receive service from him again. The actual technicians and service department as a whole I’d rate 0/10. Not only did they manage to spend almost 6 hours to complete a 30 minute task, but they also somehow managed to break my inner driver side door handle, and the clips to hold the panel onto the door.

I was told that my car will be detailed be Auer every car
I was told that my car will be detailed be Auer every car they service will get detailed and washed. When I picked it up it had greasy fingers all over and was not cleaned at all. I was no recommendations given on how hat would need service soon or if my car is in good standing. I was excited when I dropped it off and the service sounded so great and was rather disappointed when I picked it up. Not coming back unless other shops can’t fix it.
