Don't know much about the dealership But the salesman was pleasant to deal with and seems to have experience But then he is a salesman

Mr. Britton was amazing. He was very helpful and were able to answer any questions I had. He was also very good at explaining the difference between the type of cars. I bought my first car here on Saturday and I love it. He also showed how the car works as well.

Went to this Dealer as they had the Sienna that i wanted in the color that i wanted. I had already got a price on my trade in from another 2 dealers. Only went to these guys as they had the Interior/exterior color combination that i wanted. So i get there, and they totally lowball me on the trade in, I was getting $19500, and they offered $12500! I then decided to leave, luckily i had a second key set for the trade-in. Dealer then came back and offered the same trade in. We agreed on the price (which was the same as that from 2 other dealers). We then moved on to the finance team. I then notice that the pricing is different to what we had agreed on. The finance guy calls the sales manager, who then convinced me that the extra was the delivery charge etc. Now this had already been included in the other quotes i got. but i was tired by now and gave in (i wish i did not). The Sienna had not been prepared properly, it still had many of the stickers and the one on the windscreen does not come off! overall i would NEVER buy a car from this place again. That $2400 that they added to the total has lost them a customer!

I had such an excellent buying experience with City World Toyota, I love my Dodge Charger and was very pleased with my sales representative Alfred. He was very easy to deal with not pushy at all and very professional. I will definitely be upgrading with city world Toyota!

Great Saleman Had a great experience Also if it wasn’t for Orlando I would never have come back from Brooklyn after Thanksgiving day. On Wednesday night I was just driving by the dealership and looking at some beautiful cars from my car when Orlando invited me in I looked for a few minutes and told him I wasn’t interested I was just looking which was absolutely true at that time and day. But him being so nice and telling me that If I was slightly interested that he can work with me and wish me and my family a Happy Thanksgiving. So on Friday after dropping off my wife at work I decided to go and just look again because of Orlando. He helped me buy the 2 cars and was extremely nice to work with which made the decision to buy there even easier. The wife was happy too she finally gets her own car too. So, Bought two (2) cars from them Brand new 2019 Camry Hybrid LE and a Brand new 2020 Avalon hybrid XSE Dealership was great Orlando was great And also the man that made it happen was Michael Francis the Finance Manager which also helped to the best of he’s abilities under my financial disaster credit that I have. Also helped sell me the 2nd car ( 2019 Camry) with Orlando being there at every move and questions. Also Victor Sarmiento helped me after I bought the cars with some accessories that I wanted and his service and help was another reason why I will be buying a car again from them. Thank You Guys for the excellent service from the time I walked in till 2 weeks later It was a pleasure 5 stars
