River Road Auto Sales

I had called thisdealership about a vehicle i was interested in. They figuired out my financing before i got there. I have not perfect credit and they got me financing!! I bought my SUV from there and they said take it to my mechanic and if he finds anything wrong they will fixit!!Their word is true and christian ethics are real . I hope that you will consider this dealership for Tour next vehicle!! They even held the SUV for me until the weekend when I could get there.We did Enjoy our whole expierence!!!

I purchased my 1st vehicle from River Road Auto Sales in 1994 .I then went on over the next 20 years to purchase 8 more vehicles from RRAS. I have also had my wife, my two daughters, my one brother, my mother and numerous friends purchase cars, trucks, and vans from RRAS, not one of us ever had a single issue that was not quickly addressed and resolved by Jim Allera (Owner) and/ or his staff, to our complete satisfaction. Their Service Center deserves, at least as much recognition. I live an hour away from RRAS and have taken my vehicles to at least six different local service centers, and have been overcharged for repairs that I needed, and worst yet, charged for repairs that were not needed at all of these places. On three separate occasions, after receiving high estimates on repairs, I took my car to RRAS for 2nd opinion, twice they showed me that I didn't even need the repair. On the 3rd occasion, the repair was needed, but could be done for a little less than half of what the other garage wanted to garage me. The above is a bold statement to make about any business or industry now a days, especially the used car industry. But it is an accurate account of my experience with River Road Auto Service. And no, I am not the owner and I do not work there, nor am I related to the owner or anyone who works there, I am , and will remain, a simple and grateful customer.
