When they have a sale pending their website does not
When they have a sale pending their website does not reflect this. Following up, I was put in contact with another sales rep who said the car was available when it wasn’t. When a third rep contacted me, even though a deposit and been taken, the final payment had not been received, it was suggested of I could get the payment in, they would be willing to sell the car to me rather than the person with the deposit. It was implied this would be considered to get the sales for the end of the month/quarter. Their system needs an update to have a status of the inventory (e.g. in stock, sale pending, sold). Also, the sales staff ships be informed on the status of their inventory. Not to mention it NOT being a consideration to sell the car out from under someone that has placed a deposit.

Outstanding deal made
Thomas Coursey is by far the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He listens and he cares about the client. His attention to detail was outstanding. Nick, the finance manger was awesome. He had everything ready to go and made the finance part of the deal seamless and fully transparent.

Stay far away if you value your dollar and time.
Horrible experience with this stealership. Test drove a vehicle that broke down on me twice on the highway.. After finally getting it started and limping it back to the stealership, I parked it, left the keys inside and thanked God on the way home that happened before I Purchased a money pit. Shop elsewhere.

Bait and switch, beware!
my wife and I went to the dealership to buy an Aston Martin. The vehicle that we found interest in was stickered on the window as certified. The finance guys informed me when the warranty would end and I was satisfied. I negotiated a good deal and we reached an accord. I found a 1 year later that the car was not certified, but only qualified for a certification. They said that the certification cost them $1,500 and decided without informing me, not to give it to me due to the extensive price negotiation. This was a clear example of bait and switch.

Repeat customer, good experience
I have purchased 2 Bentley Bentaygas. New 2018 and recenty a certified 2019 Bentagayga. The experience was great, not just saying that either. They came from ft laud to port st Lucie twice to fix some very small details I was obsessed with. The car was replaced with a nice loaner and the work was perfect. I have had millions of dollars worth of cars and had some bad experiences, these folks care and strive to make you happy and earn your business

Worst dealership in North America base none
Self righteous bunch of greedy sales people, double bill you for services. Staff roaming around like they invented the wheel, be ready to wait till the cows come home. Run a mile from this place.

Stay clear of Holman
I spent over $1 million at this dealership. I have to warn everybody they don’t give a xxxx about their customers. They’re laughing behind everybody’s back there two-faced. I’m 57 years old I’ve purchased every brand you can name I’ve dealt with dozens of dealerships. Holman is by far the worst.

Poor Support
I recently purchased a 2022 Bentley from Holman Motors. So far, I'm very happy with the car. However, this Bentley is supposed to come with a Wi-Fi hotspot that needs to be activated. When I asked the salesman how to activate the Wi-Fi, he didn't know how to do it, but promised to find out and get back to me with an answer soon. By the way, the owner's manual is very vague on this subject. For a week now I’ve been waiting for someone to help me resolve this. The salesman has been very courteous through this whole process but has been unable to find someone that can help me walk through this process. It is very disconcerting and beyond believe that a dealership that sells luxury cars worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, does not have a staff that can help its customers through these types of issues. This is definitely the last time I’m buying a car from this dealership!

Holman motors charge my insurance company for a Rolls-Royce emblem $500 in which they used my old emblem I asked for my old parts back and they came back without the emblem I am reporting them to Florida insurance fraud department as I already have reported them to my insurance company I gave them $57,000 worth of business and these creeps Couldn’t help them self About to commit fraud avoid these xxxxxxx
