Mini of Nashville Service

I needed to take my Roadster in for some emergency repairs. Deb Burdett did a great job of getting me into the shop and working with me on the price. The repairs were great and it drives like new. Plus, the repairs came with a 2-year warranty. I'm sure I pay a little more going to Mini, but it's one place I trust.

Incredibly easy

I ordered the car online from Indianapolis and made the long trek down to Nashville expecting the usual drawn-out car buying experience. I was surprised how everything was ready to go and I was in and out in no time. I think the test drive I took was longer than the paperwork process. It honestly was a pleasure dealing with everyone there.

Maintenance Service

This was my first time having my mini service at this location, Ms. Burdett was very helpful explaining my service needs. I also received a call from her the next day checking to see if everything was good.

Excellent Experience

Clean facilities, nice sales staff. Mercury, salesman was very knowledgeable on the mini. No high pressure. Advice...if you visit, don?t wear a black polo...everyone will think you work there
