I found a car that matched what my son was looking for here and called to confirm car and price. I drove to Cincy to view and purchase car with my son. He liked the car so we proceeded with purchasing. Once the pricing breakdown was laid out in front of me, it now was increased by $250...I was told there was a lot of interest in the car so the price was adjusted...not ok, but ok. Then there was a $2000 “accessory fee”. I asked what that fee was and was told “this covers the work we have put into the car since it arrived on our lot” (The car was filthy and not detailed at all). I replied that should be included in the price of the car to begin with. I was told “that is not how we price our vehicles”. Not ok! My son and I said no thank you and walked out. Kobe then stated that the manager is now willing to “wave” that fee. I told him it was super shady but we came all the way to buy the car and we would. I signed the paperwork and we left with the car. I realized 20 mins into our drive home that I did not receive copies of the paperwork and called immediately. I told Kobe that I could turn around and was assured that he would simply scan the documents and email them to me or put them in the mail asap. It took 5 emails and follow up calls to get pictures of the documents emailed to me. I have continued asking for actual copies of the documents to be mailed to me and I get promises, but never get the copies in the mail. I need to plate my sons car and the BMV will not do this with photos of the documents. It has been beyond frustrating and such an unprofessional company to deal with. We are now almost a month out and no copies as of today. Buyer beware!!

We are sorry to hear about this experience, I believe we have gotten everything figured out. You were in a hurry and our F&I manager did his best to get you on the road in the 15 minute time frame you needed, after about 10 minutes you called back asking about your copy's and we made them but you said you weren't able to turn around to come get them. Kobe did try to email them a few times but definitely not in a timely manner and we apologize for that. BAIT and SWITCH PRICING at Luxury Motor Car

BEWARE CAR BUYERS! Our visit was 1-6-21 to Luxury Motor Car Company, Cincinnati. My son and I were quoted a price on the phone that matched the internet price. We drove from Louisville to Cincinnati on Saturday morning, test drove the Jeep, told them we wanted it and the sales representative wrote up the paperwork. After sitting down with the sales rep, we were told the price was $1,000 more unless we used their financing! When I complained, the store manager, Skyler, informed us of their financing policy! I either paid $1,000 more up front or used the high rate financing program, period. INTERNET PRICES are NOT REAL pricing and the fine print actually is written below in a manner meant to CONFUSE you. Know this before you waste your time going to Luxury Motor Car Company in Cincinnati, Ohio! Thank you, Terry Allen Louisville, KY

Hello Terrence. We have tried to contact you about the situation that occurred while you and another customer were both here to purchase the vehicle. It looks like there was a misunderstanding and ultimately the other client reached an agreement first. You both arrived at the same time to demo our vehicle and while you drove we talked with the other client. We then let them drive it while we spoke with you. Ultimately, the other customer had given a better offer and we gave you the opportunity to purchase at the same offer they gave us but you declined. We even gave you a free tank of gas in your personal vehicle for missing out on our vehicle and for your time and drive!

TERRIBLE!

Abhorrent experience! Worked with them on a car for almost 3 days and at the last second when I was about the book my flights from Texas to Ohio, they told me they "had other offers on the car they wanted to consider first" So after negotiating price and getting exactly what they wanted as advertised on the internet (full price), and after sending them paperwork and whatnot, they got greedy when a few customers after me called in and asked about the car. Typical car salesman approach. I would not give them a dime. STAY CLEAR OF THESE CROOKS. I will post this review in as many places are possible so people can be warned of this POOR customer disservice.

Best car buying experience

I was searching for a 2017 mustang in grabber blue. found the exact one at Luxury motor cars. not only was it priced correctly, it was a beautiful car. the sales team was very professional and gave me the information without pressure. Once i decided to purchase this vehicle, they were able to get me financed with a better interest rate than i could find on my own. this is an A team that will deliver exactly what you want.

Awesome experience

I purchased a 2009 Hyundai Genesis from LMCC in May 2019. The experience was outstanding. Great customer service, high attention to detail, and fantastic financing department. I would highly recommend Luxury Motor Car Company to anyone.

Jaguar F-Type

This was literally the best buying experience I've ever had and I've owned well over 50 cars in my time. I'll start with my salesman, Orlando. Highly educated in the vehicles being sold. I had a question, he had the answer. No fluff talk or trying to over emphasis something. He let the product speak for itself. Everything happened on time and correctly which I really appreciate because I am strapped for time usually. Tracey took care of all my financial paperwork and made everything happen literally over night. He stayed late to get the papers to Fedex. The next day, I had everything signed and returned. It doesn't get easier than that. I picked up the car and it had been freshly detailed again. It was already looking great when I saw it on the lot. Orlando has the entire car cleaned again. I never write reviews for businesses. In this case, the people at Luxury Motor Cars did such a great job that I want to recognize their effort.

Wicked Fast and Awesome Deal

Bought my Porsche Panamera Turbo from Monti at Luxury Motor Car Co and it’s just been absolutely amazing! They took great care of me, gave me a great price and I’ve had zero issues with the car. I’ll definitely be heading back there for my next ride. I would highly recommend these guys, great cars without paying the high prices the big dealers charge!

Troy Moe and Monti made the experience excellent

Best deal ever on my Porsche Panamera Hybrid

I just bought the nicest car ever from Luxury Motor and at the best price in all the US. After looking for a 2016 Porsche Panamera Hybrid for several months Luxury Motor found the perfect car with less than 19,000 miles.
