Update, Toro called to ask about the review .

Update, Toro called to ask about the review ..why didn't I call them....hmmm I took the car in for an oil change within days of purchase (because there was only 14% oil in the car) $4000 later I got my car with major mechanical issues fixed and all new tires. Through the reputable mechanic I learned that Toro mechanics HAD to clear a code to get this car through emissions...there is no way it should have passed with a CRACKED TURBO. Again not a new car so I understand some repairs but more than half of what I paid AND the car really wasn't road worthy. All Toro was interested in was getting the review changed. A honest good faith business would have AT MINIMUM reimbursed me for the cost of the turbo unit ($1600) but not ONE dime in compensation was offered...I really don't know how you sleep doing this to people.

These guys are rip-offs.

These guys are rip-offs. They sold me a truck with frame rot , they wouldnt repair it told me that I bought it as is. All they said was that I bought the truck for under retail. As another unsatified customer stated when they purchase these vehicles they dont perform a safety check they just put them on the lot. Parents be AWARE! keep your kids away from buying a car from these guys.

My experience with MK was beyond exceptional as a first-time car buyer; he made the process both enjoyable and seamless, setting a high standard for customer service. He answered all my questions and was such a nice guy! Overall phenomenal experience thanks to him so excited to be driving my new 2013 Ford!

the people who work at the desk work very slowly and dont

the people who work at the desk work very slowly and dont give their customers any type of recognition. I bought a car from them and it was overdue for an oil change and a inspection. Which means they dont service their cars when they get them, they’ll just get the cars and put them up for sale. i went to look at the car on monday and didn’t get my car untill the NEXT week tuesday and they still didnt service the car. I also found a full cigarette under the driver seat of my car which means they smoke in the cars they put up for sale. i wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anybody. they have poor customer service, they don’t service their cars, they smoke in the cars they have up for sale, and they also sell cars as is. this is NOT a good dealership.

Came in to look for one car and ended up getting a 2012

Came in to look for one car and ended up getting a 2012 impala. They were really helpful and were not pushy at all. At first I was a little nervous but I bought the car in early April, and it has been a great experience with the car. The car runs good and beside a few mechanical promblems along the way there is really no issue. All cheap fixes and your typical promblems with older cars that you most likley excpect. I wanted to wait to write my review just in case But overall Great experience!!

Would recommend going here.

Would recommend going here. To Manny problems to list. Was should a lemon and they were completely aware. Felt like we were taken advantage of because if lack of knowledge. Protect yourself bring a mechanic if you decide to go here.

I went into Toro auto looking at a few Chevy silverado

I went into Toro auto looking at a few Chevy silverado 1500’s. The sales staff was nice and personable and not pushy at all. Did not try to sell me on any specific vehicle. Once I determined I liked the vehicle the credit check was quick. The staff was very upfront of the added warranties and the different levels and added protection for each. We debated as I was not onboard with the more expensive. After some discussion the staff was able to get me the better warrenty as they knew it was the best level of protection and did not up charge versus the P2/P3 level! Overall in a few hours I was in and out with a new vehicle. The truck has some minor TLC, but welcome to New England! Overall very honest and upfront. I haven’t had issues needed extra work or diagnostic. The vehicles are also reasonably priced compared to other dealers in close proximity. Would recommend to others!

I purchased a 2008 Chevy Avalanche a couple weeks.

I purchased a 2008 Chevy Avalanche a couple weeks. Before I left the lot the service airbag light was on. They said bring it back next week so they can fix it. I live over 2hrs. Away in Massachusetts. I'm mechanically inclined so I scanned vehicle and it was right front crash sensor which I told them I could fix. I was told they would mail me one. Well it's been over two weeks now and still no part. This truck will not pass inspection due to that safety issue. I've already fixed it myself 200.00 later. I checked front brakes calipers were leaking and pads were down to metal. That cost me another 450.00 in parts. I thought dealers have to make sure all there vehicles pass inspection. Not at Toro I guess!! Also the low tire air pressure light was on. The tpms. I told the salesman. They had put four new tires on truck but didn't replace the sensors. The salesman said the owner considered that cosmetic xxx!! My advice to anyone who reads this to have your vehicle fully inspected by an independent mechanic. I would never recommend Toro auto to my worst enemy. Buyers beware!! I will be contacting the Connecticut Attorney General. I will also contact Massachusetts Attorney General and see if there's anything they can do. From reading former reviews I'm not the only one who has been bamboozled!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Bought a truck from Toro auto.

Bought a truck from Toro auto. Failed inspection because of a loose front end, all 4 ball joints were shot and needed to be replaced. Brought it back to them and they said nothing was wrong with the truck and didn’t fix anything. I would NOT recommend buying a vehicle from this place.
