The sales person was amazing, he understood my situation and did his best to accommodate. Unfortunately the first day I was not able to initially get what I was hoping for. Towards the next day we came to an agreement with a vehicle. Not something I would've thought of, but I understood my options were limited. I appreciate the call from the manager, she definitely helped as well and made sure to extend her services. The customer service was amazing and will definitely recommend.

We have physically gone to the Brickell buick GMC regarding a recall notice. Service staff told us that they would contact us regarding the availability of the part. Service staff never contacted us. We have now called two additional times to request information about the recalled part. Each time service staff has indicated they will return our call with that information. Neither time did they return our call.
