If i could give this dealership negative stars i would, Id like to give a shoutout to Zen, Abel, Luis, and literally everyone in the dealership ..for being the worst humans i have ever met. They deliberately set me up for utter failure, ruined my life. I purchased a 2014 Buick Verano, it caught my eye and i liked it, in the test drive it drove so nice and in my eyes was an upgrade from the beater i had. 2 weeks into having the car, it started having electrical problems, such as the power completely going out and my driving wheel locking up MID-TURN nearly causing 5 accidents over the span of 2 days til i could get it in a shop of my choosing, come to find out they sold me a car that had a rats nest and those rats chewed through wires..i thought that was the entirety of the issues. I went to them and requested help, the only thing they did for me was give me a stupid xxx powertrain pamphlet and tell me to go to their homie shop who did the OG inspection. Anyone with sense would know electrical issues is not powertrain and anyone with sense would know their homie shop wouldnt do jack for anyone..especially if they let a rats nest stay in the car and did some half xxx bandaid work. After having the car in an auto shop of my choosing for over a month, pouring money into repairs, money i didnt have, the car still wasnt working, as well as the engine throwing more new codes. Eventually i was forced to voluntarily surrender the car back to the bank because i had no more money to pour into the car that i was promised was a good car, to be specific, zen promised me this. I asked him, young adult to young adult, if this is a good car, if he would purchase this car, i explained im moving to Arizona and i need a reliable car to get me there, he said and i quote, “if we didnt sell good cars we wouldnt be here open for business…i would buy this car” lying to my face. I had to postpone my move twice, they took all the money i had til i was drained, put me through immense emotional distress, and put my life and the publics lives in danger. Now im back to square one except lower, i dont even have the beater car anymore..at least that car kept me safe and worked well enough with all the issues it had, And now thousands in debt. No consumer laws to protect me. I am baffled at the existence of this “dealership” and all the people who work there ruining peoples lives on a daily basis. Id share how i truly felt if i didnt have the risk of being reported. To keep it simple, DONT BUY FROM THEM, they dont care about you.

Incredible how deceitful people can be. Impatient as ever. Says a cars 8k then when the paperwork shows up its 10k? Let alone how abruptly and rudely they treat you if you have more then a single question about the car to ask. Very unknowledgeable about their own inventory.
