Ran my credit for nothing.

Ran my credit for nothing. Text back only 4 times and seems like they quite trying. Put forth no effort to help me get into the truck I wanted. Simply put lazy.

Highly recommend!

Buying my SUV from Vehicles Nashville was a wonderful car-buying experience! I had complete peace that I was in the right place, that the salespeople were honest, and that I was getting a great deal. I highly recommend checking them out if you’re vehicle shopping!

More like family than business!

We had a fantastic car buying experience today! Robert and Chris were both amazing and happy to answer questions and allow us to take our time with such a big decision! We will be back for any other car needs we may have in the future!!! Chris even prayed with us before we left the lot!!! Thanks all!

10 out of 10!!!

My wife and I had spent several weeks looking for the right car. Before we left town heading to Nashville, my wife happened to find a car at this dealership, and from the minute we walked in, we knew this was the place for us. Robert and Chris were honest and forthcoming with information, and made the process easy and a great experience.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME: I drove 40 mins to go see a 2016 Mercedes Benz GL-450. I spoke with Seth who on the phone sounded very nice and was empathetic that I had a drive (depending on traffic) but that the car was worth seeing and it was worth the drive. I came with my 5yr old which is not always easy to car shop with. The car was priced high with high mileage but I thought surely we could negotiate and make a deal because interest rates are high and dealers want to make money. I talk some things out with Seth and told him that I'm really interested and that I would come back later with my husband once I pick him up for work. Mind you, I went all the way back to spring hill only to come back to the deal with my husband in rush hour traffic where my husband took a look at the otter and inner appearance of the car. He agreed it was nice however, the cap to the tow hitch was missing and it had a cracked reflector light and when my husband asked if they could replace it, Seth said no. So that didn't break the deal yet, we then go in hoping to make a deal... with a 10% interest rate mind you and my husband went through with Seth where our numbers needed to be in order for it to work and Seth with his poker face just said, right I see where you're coming from but "we put our best price forward"... my husband was like right but if we can meet in the middle, then you have yourself a deal and we can take this off your hands tonight and you got yourself a sale. Seth wouldn't budge no matter what we tried. Completely wasted our time with our 5 year old waiting patiently and could care less. Infact, as my husband is still trying to give him a chance to get the sale, only $500 less than what it was being sold for, he refused again looked at us and said, "right, I'm tapped out right now" more or less saying, its 6pm we are closing, bye! He had an appointment he had to get to. We've bought a few cars now and never have we left feeling the way we did when we left two days ago. It was so sleazy and I just left feeling like I got dirt thrown on me. Wait, it gets better.... a detail I forgot... So Seth told us, it was his manager that sets the price and the "we put our best price forward" speech, that it was out of his control and that his manager we drop the price of the car, continue to drop it even though there loosing money... and so I said to Seth, wait so you can't meet us where we are at in this moment, we came all the way here to make a deal but you'll drop it in say 2 weeks and it'll be the price we were needing?? He noded yes and then guess what... it didn't take 2 weeks, it only took 2 days. I checked today and the price dropped to exactly the number we were asking them to meet us at but guess what, they don't have a sale. I pray only God's favor and blessing on people and you guys have to change your business Moto. It's completely unprofessional, unorganized, disrespectful of peoples time and they treat people like dirt while smiling and compliment you too, while holding a strong arm on their pricing and are greedy. Just telling it how it played out. They also disregard Blue Kelly Book market value and only consider Carfax.

I live in Reno, Nevada and had to literally search out

I live in Reno, Nevada and had to literally search out nationwide for the Cadillac CT6 year and trim options I was looking for. Vehicles Nashville had the right car, at a very reasonable price. Buying a vehicle sight unseen is never easy, but Seth, Chris and Zach made sure the vehicle was up to my standards, and arranged to deliver the vehicle from Nashville to Reno in an efficient and safe manner.. I am a sales manager and been in the car business for nearly 20 years, and as such, have expectations that Vehicles Nashville exceeded across the board. They really went above and beyond to make a SIGHT UNSEEN, out of state, 2700 mile away purchase, seamless and easy. Fantastic prices & exceptional customer service! You cant ask for any more than that :) Well Done!

We will definitely be back in a few years for our next

We will definitely be back in a few years for our next vehicle purchase. Great customer service, good selection, fair prices, and absolutely no pressure. Just how a car buying experience should be.

Robert is the real deal

There’s two things I look for in a car salesman before I can fully trust them and do Bussiness with them. Those two things are honestly and efficiency! Let me tell you my guy Robert has both of those characteristics. From our first time speaking over the phone he shot me straight and provided me with all the information in needed asap! He was even able persuade me into using one of their Leanders who pretty much matched the rate of my credit union! Also their new warranty package is the real deal! It couldn’t pass up on this package because if you’re buying a use car get a warranty because the dealership can’t promise how your vehicle will operate two months after the purchase. With all that said my man Robert is the real deal. His good Salesmanship lead me to drive from MS to TN the very next day to purchase a vehicle from him. Highly recommend this dealer and Robert!
