Steve McFarland was amazing. He stayed late 2 nights to help us buy an suv and was so patient with our young child. We will definitely be referring more people to him and the dealership.

Roger was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the products and concerned for the quality from the standpoint of the buyer. He was very time conscious and able to make the most of the limited time we had to shop and make a decision.

I purchased my vehicle at Tom Bannen 4 years ago and have had it serviced there ever since. I have worked with almost all of the service people but Greg has been the one that I always go back to. He is very nice and speaks to me like a person and try's to explain everything to me so that i understand it. And I am the first to say I know nothing about vehicles. I have had a few issues with my vehicle and he has always taken care of it and done everything he can to make it right. He does not try to sell me any service I don't need and is offers his expert opinion when asking about parts and service. He is what makes Tom Bannen the type of dealership that I will continue to do business with for a long time.

We live in KY, but couldn't deal with any of the Dealerships here. We went to Tom Branner's Chevrolet Buick dealership, and was greeted by Mark Musgrove. Mark went out of his way to help find the perfect car for me, a Chevy Cruz. Everyone at Tom Branner's Chevrolet Buick are great people to deal with. If you want no hassle and a great deal call Mark Musgrove.

My GMC Yukon was burning a lot of oil, so I took it to a...

My GMC Yukon was burning a lot of oil, so I took it to a local service shop where the head mechanic told me the engine would have to be replaced and it was a very costly repair. Of course, this was a HUGE shock and disappointment to me! I decided to get a second opinion, so I went to Tom Bannen and talked to Greg McNeil, the Service Advisor. He did some research and discovered a GM factory recall for that specific problem and it was a 100% FREE repair! Greg saved me ton of money and I'm very grateful for his diligence and honesty. Thanks Greg! I'm a customer for life!!!

Greg has been very helpful and professional in all our visits to the dealership. He has been great when we had an emergency and had to come in right at closing time and he made sure we were taken care of right away. Service has always been done when they said it would be and he or one of his staff has called me or my wife before doing any work that we have not talked about when dropping vehicle off. I have been very pleased with the level of service I have received from this dealer. I would not go anywhere else. The staff as a whole has been more than pleasant to deal with and makes each visit better than the last.
