Berkenkotter Motors Parker

Berkenkotter Motors in Castle Rock, Colorado and Parker are excellent dealers in used car, and truck sales. We have purchased our fourth vehicle (Toyota Tundra Max cab) from them in the last 12 years and love it. Berkenkotter Motors provide awesome, honest, low pressure used car, truck sales. They stand behind their vehicles if you have any trouble in the short term. Although they sell used cars, RV's , boats, and trucks they are checked over and are of great quality. I did get a great trade in on my 2003 Dodge 2500 long bed. Previously we also purchased from them a 2007 Toyota 4runner, and 2007 Toyota corolla. We had only one small service on the 4 runner. While having five lots, they have a lot of cars to choose from and if they don't have what you want they can get it in a short term. Take the time to meet their friendly staff, Dan, Steve, BJ, Alan, Frankie, Wade, jetty, Hanna, etc. We just love them. We got the financing every time we wanted. We currently are looking at RV's for our retirement travels.

I had my first experience with Berkenkotter Motors a few years ago...from that moment, I knew I had found the place I would wait for...meaning, if Berkenkotter doesn’t have it, I will wait until they do! I am so incredibly thankful for the whole dang place. Everyone I have talked with has been great to talk and work with. I recently revisited Berkenkotter (3-4yrs later), and purchased another vehicle. To have the consistency in high level of customer service is refreshing. Thank you for taking care of my family and can’t wait to come and pick out some new to me toys I’m the future!!!

I am not that happy with this car dealer. They do not live up to there motto “Drive Our Reputation”. First, The day after my daughter and son-in law bought a Ford F150 from the dealership in Parker (this was Sat.), the truck started shuttering and the service light came on (Sun.). This was problem one. Now, the deal is..The buyer has 3 days to get the vehicle SMOG inspected. If it does not pass, the dealer has the option of repairing it or buying it back. So, I put the tester on it and found out it was having a mis-fire on #6 cylinder. I fixed the issue by replacing the fuel injector for the cylinder. It cost about $70.00 to repair. Ran the truck for 50 miles without any more problems and took it to be tested. It passed with flying colors. Now my logic is, It DEFINITLY would not have passed inspection if I had not made the repairs before taking it to the inspection station. So, I had my daughter call the dealership and ask for reimbursement for the repair. They gave her a BULL SH*t reply and refused to reimburse us for a repair cost that was minor cost to what it would have cost them to have it repaired. Count one of bad customer service. Last, while replacing the fuel injector, I checked the oil level in the truck. NOTHING SHOWED on the dip stick. My kids drove this car more than 100 miles with almost no oil in it. This is totally unacceptable on the part of a reputable dealership. They could have blown the engine, and would have been held responsible for it. I do not recommend this dealership and will never return to buy another car.

I was referred to Dan by a friend of a friend. I didn't really even know who I was calling until I heard the last name - Berkenkotter. He was very kind and friendly and told me that he or his staff could bring my 2010 Heartland North Trail Travel Trailer in from the storage lot about 15 miles away and then they would make me an offer or they could put it on consignment for me. I took the offer, because I'd done my research and I knew it was a reasonable offer. Very nice staff, it's got the feel of an old time family business where deals are made with handshakes. Very happy!

I was searching for an SUV. And this dealership came up, i couldn't chosen a better dealership, for my purchase, the staff is awesome there prices are fair. Thank you guys!!!

Me and my parents came in Berkenkotter Motors Parker looking for and SUV with the help of Michael and Shawn and the rest of the staff we found an beautiful 2008 Escalade. I bought a 2006 hummer h3 from them and they are really easy to work with and they are very helpful and very professional. And the warranties that they provide are really good. I really enjoyed my time working with the parker location. A+ from me and my wife.
