They honored a free oil change offer I had received in

They honored a free oil change offer I had received in the mail, even though I do not own a Nissan. Very impressed with this. I will consider this dealership when/if i purchase my next car. Even the service attendant Richard Bach was a professional.

Rude customer service, didn’t follow instructions left on paper at drop box, overcharged me. Overall bad work, rude employees, and over charged. Would give zero stars if I could. Go anywhere but here.

We've searched our records and cannot find a recent visit to Zimbrick Nissan. Since you have not been here, we find it unfair to tag all of our service staff in a 1-star review. In fact, had your vehicle been here for service, you'd find our staff very prompt and courteous to our customer requests. You overcharged me for the tires.

You overcharged me for the tires. They are 310 on the Bridgestone website, not 383.

Hello Brian. Thank you for your review. However, we do not feel the low star rating is very fair. The Bridgestone tires we installed on your Titan were $393.40 each prior to install. We have a promotion currently for buy 3 tires and get the 4th for $1. Additionally, Nissan had an instant rebate you received for $120 off the purchase and install of 4 tires. Lastly, Bridgestone had its own mail in rebate of $70 on the purchase and install of 4 tires that you qualified for. Mount and balance of 4 tires is $80. Prior to tax and including the rebates, the tires we installed on your vehicle are $1,071.20. Bridgestone does in fact offer the same tires we installed on your vehicle for $308.99 each. Purchasing 4 tires from Bridgestone’s website prior to shipping and install, would have been $1,235.96. Over $150 what you invoiced with us. We are also able to price match tire quote from all of our competitors in the area. If you ever receive a cheaper tire quote than us, please bring it in and we’ll not only match it, we’ll take an additional 5% off.
