0 Stars: Called in ahead to check inventory.

0 Stars: Called in ahead to check inventory. Drove approximately 1 hour to look at the truck, initial salesperson was busy (no problem). Found the truck at a different lot, after a while was told that they cannot find the key. And maybe this other lot does not like the competition. That was all the conversation and we walked back to our car and left.

After asking the salesman 6 times to send me a walk

After asking the salesman 6 times to send me a walk around video that he told me he had, and him still not doing it, I asked to talk to a different sales person. There's also a 1500$ off coupon for any used vehicle that pops up every time you visit their website, but the salesmen wont honor it, nor do they know anything about it. I tried to tell the 2nd kid that they had the listing wrong and were trying to sell a more expensive model than what was pictured, but he insisted it was right. With him looking and talking like he's not even old enough to legally drink a beer, how dare I argue with his vast background of the automotive industry. But it WAS wrong and this dealership was trying to scam someone. Just so happens that he told me he couldn't negotiate with me anymore because they were selling the vehicle to an employee unless I was willing to pay their asking price immediately. This dealers sales staff is some of the most incompetent circus clowns I have ever had the pleasure of wasting my time with!

May 25, 2025 - My car was totaled in an accident, I was certain I wanted a Kia Telluride, but after driving one, and then looking at other cars Aaron showed me, I decided to purchase a Toyota 4 Runner instead. If it wasn't for the steady flow of information from Aaron, his helpful insights and his flexibility to help me over the weekend, I possibly might have purchased a car via Carvana or Carmax sight unseen and undriven. Thank you so much Aaron for showing me my options and educating me on different car makes and models. You really know your stuff. Although I did not find my vehicle on your lot, you did help me make my final decision on my purchase make/model. Thank you so much, Nick Triano
