Coconut creek Hyundai service center. While waiting isn't anyone's favorite pastime, I have to commend the team for their exceptional service from the moment I arrived to the time I checked out. They even humorously took my request for chocolate to heart! The service was completed much quicker than I anticipated. Great job !!!

I have been trying to get an issue with my car fixed for about a year! Ty was helping me and he did go above and beyond and then passed it to Ron and ever since then I’ve left messages and never get a return phone call. It’s getting very frustrating.

I lease my Hyundai Kona.

I lease my Hyundai Kona. I bring it in periodically for maintenence. Coconut Creek Hyundai does all this maintenance as part of the lease agreement. They go above and beyond to please the customer. Even washing and vacuuming. Their staff is very friendly and understanding. I will be back for my next lease.

Brought my 2020 ELANTRA in for new brake pads and ended

Brought my 2020 ELANTRA in for new brake pads and ended up trading it in and leasing a brand new 2025 Tucson. I dealt with Mazen the salesman which I’ve known a few years back when I when I leased another vehicle he’s very helpful and friendly, and remembered me. I’ve leased three HYUNDAI in the last nine years ended up buying my 2020 ELANTRA and then trading it in just last month for the Tucson. I’ve dealt with coconut Creek HYUNDAI for 10 years now and will continue to use them. Great service.

The overall experience with the dealership was good. I love the Genesis G80 they had for sale. The only problem was the the distance I had to travel to take a test drive. If it was here locally I might have bought it. Thank you anyway. Have a good day.
