Miami Car Credit

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE !!!! They sold us a car with “Structural Damage” and did not disclose it to us during the sale. For those that are unaware, as were we, Structural Damage depreciates your car’s value by around 66%-75%, and they MADE US pay FULL PRICE for it!! So Miami Car Credit was dishonest, ripped us off and now we are left with a massive loan. The absolute worst place to do business hands down. 0/10 !!!

Excellent experience, without complications. Derek was very kind from the first moment, he took excellent care of me and my family, at no time did we feel pressure to buy, they showed us all the features of the vehicle. We found an excellent plan for the purchase of our Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. The car was in perfect condition, clean and full of gasoline and charge. I called and ask about Kia Sedona they advertised online. Ms. Milly Bonilla answered the phone and said it’s available. I said I am 2 hours away, could you hold me the car and I am on my way and I said I will pay cash. She told me sure, let me get the key and I will hold onto it. When you get close, please let me know and you can talk to my manager Mr.Daniel Jaramillo, he is very nice. Well when I got there, the car was gone. He said well it could happen. They told me they sold it one hour ago!! I hope my conversation with Ms.Milly was recorded. I wasted 4 hours of driving and toll fee and gas!!😡😡😡 If I could put 0 star, I would 😡😡😡☠️☠️☠️
