I purchased out of state, and everything went flawless.

I purchased out of state, and everything went flawless. Vehicle and paperwork was ready when I arrived. The vehicle was represented well and had no issues. The salesman and dealership staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

Unprofessional, rude, and unethical

When purchasing my car after it's three-year lease, Joe Caligiuri sent me a price for the buyout. Upon agreeing to the deal, Joe reneged and said that he had missed a $75 fee. I notified him that he sent me a price, and that it was his mistake to leave the fee out of the offer. He then resorted to using profanity and demeaning language in an attempt to force me into paying the $75 fee. I have never seen such unethical business practices at a dealership. His style of negotiating involves the demeaning the customer, resorting to profanity, and moral decisions that are questionable. I would avoid dealing with him at any cost. A $75 fee is not a large amount, but the principle behind giving a price and then reneging on the deal is unacceptable. I expected a far greater sense of accountability from a professional organization.

Great service department

Lincoln service always does everything they can. Jeremy clark is knowledgable and courteous to customers needs and always provides loaners if i need it.

Sales and Service was very efficient

I bought my cobalt from towne 1 year ago today used and its an amazing vehicle. Sales was good and made sure i had the best car for my money and lifestyle and service wouldnt be satisfied until everyone knew my car was in top shape. I felt vert valued in that moment and since that day this car runs like its brand new

Great Dealer

Travelled 700 miles to purchase a vehicle at Towne Auto. Dave Storfer was honest, accurate in his assessment of the vehicle, and the deal was exactly what was discussed prior to arriving at the dealership. Vehicle was immaculate- absoluet showroon condition.
