The experience was well worth it. The staff made it great as well from our Sales guy Casey Bauer who was well educated on all GM products. In the process of making the decision of what vehicle being purchased Mark Chernowski was our Sale last Manager that helped out along with the Owner throughout the Whole thing was Ralph Ghioto III. Everything went very smooth. Even the last part of the financial process with Don Evanoff with no pressure and A great way to finish the purchase.

I actually was there to pick up my car from being repaired and decided to look into another car. Casey is an excellent salesman and Whoop there it was, sooooo I now have a newer model of the car I love, the Buick Lacrosse. Thanks for a great experience. On another note, I overheard a military man telling one of the personnel there that this dealership was the best at taking care of the Military. She was kind and gracious and I heard her say, you take care of us and it is our pleasure to take care of you. He said the guys at MacDill love coming here. Great Customer service! This is the 4th car I have bought from y'all and I love the honesty.
