They sold me a car with the check engine light with the

They sold me a car with the check engine light with the promise of fixing it and now told me I'm stuck with with a $1800 bill after getting the car fixed at a dealership they told me to take my car to. I haven't even seen my car in over 2 months and on top of my almost $500/ month payment I have to pay $1800 to even get the car in my garage. In my opinion that is an extremely dirt bag type of move. I will never even consider giving them my business ever. They screwed me over for a couple hundred dollars. Not the type of people I would suggest doing business with!!!! Next step, contacting my attorney.

There is nothing Prestige about this dealer, STAY AWAY...

There is nothing Prestige about this dealer, STAY AWAY from them. they are liars and disrespectful and Dishonest, They try to drop off a car that had so many issues. Luckily I caught a few of the issues and send the car back without signing for it. Soon as they sell you the car they will wash their hands and they don't want to talk to you. They didn't even inspect the car before they send it over, the car didn't even have radiator fluid In it. The rotor was done and needed change, AC was non-existence. Car shaking during braking. Be smart don't buy from this Dealer. Don't let them con you,

Worst experience ever! The vehicle I purchased cost me...

Worst experience ever! The vehicle I purchased cost me 8K in repairs in one year lost my rear end to trade. I have been trying for over a week to reach Bryan to recover my canceled GAP Insurance Refund, but he's either out of the office and does not call back. I just tried calling him again and the guy that answered just said Prestige Auto as if he was annoyed that I called. I informed him that I never heard back from Bryan and asked him what I should do? He paused and said you can call back after 3pm or I can take your name and number. I asked him who I was speaking to, since he never introduced himself when I called. I asked for a manager and there was not a manager there. He said his name was Sam. I am not sure how they can get any business done if there is no manager or finance manager on-site. Since, I already left my name and number over a week ago, I said that I'd just call back later. I will not get my hopes up of reaching Bryan. This is terrible customer service and I'd never recommend Prestige.

Phenomenal car buying experience. Great salesman from the initial call of interest to the test drive and ultimate purchase. As a matter of fact my salesman Tony was fantastic. I learned he had come in on his off day🤦‍♀️. Tony, thank you for making my car buying experience a phenomenal one!
