Big City Cars

I have been waiting a week to see the car that I called on. Still don't have an answer when or if this car will be available as posted to the web site. I stopped by last week to check and was directed to a different car that I had no interest in.

I visited big city cars October 2023 to look at a truck they had listed for 15,995 they rushed the whole process and wouldn't give me a test drive until after they knew i would buy it and being younger at the time I think they used that and took advantage of that. And they only told me the monthly payment until it was time to sign for it then it was 22,500 and the truck was only valued at 16.000 I've had tons of problems with the truck like a bad intake manifold they didn't tell me about. and now 2 years later the transmission is going out and the truck is worth only half of what they got out of me for it. They say as is to cover there backs. Rush you into a sale so you dont get time to really look at what your buying. Don't spend your money here.

Jr was great a true salesman he got me approved with a extremely low credit score I just can’t believe it he was literally arguing with the bank for an approval thanks Jr
