i bought a 2010 gmc terrain in october the salesman said it had issue with the air conditioner. i gave $6000.00 plus a trade in about 3 days i start it up back out drive way put it in drive and when i gave it gas it would not do nouthing so i rolled down the hill and try to pull out it barley would go i pulled over and shut it off waited about 5 minutes still would not do anything so shut it back off for about 20 min and try it again and it was fine so i thought well maybe i hadit in neutral or something i was hopeing Any way cause it was a very nice clean car and i was so happy so i just let it go. now a month latter it wouldnt start so i had a freind look at it he said starter was out so i got new starter and had him but it onfor me so theirs $200.00 well he got starter on and it still would not do anything so he said it was the timing chain. i call my salesman and he said they was not nouthing he could do because i bought it as is so i bought a timing chain had freind put it on a few days go by and on the way to work my transmission goes out i am just a big looser so please take my advice dont buy here i had to quite my job because i have no transportation and soon will be homeless for just makeing the wrong choice of car lot i wish i could have that day back and i would pass that car lot up

Thought Vehicle Perfect Until I drove
We Located what I thought was the perfect vehicle for us and the price was right so contacted the dealer via e-mail and was put in contact with Sales Rep Logan Polly. Logan was friendly, professional and very responsive to my questions and requests. We put a $500 hold on the vehicle since we live out of town with the understanding that if for some reason we did not like the vehicle we would be reimbursed. The facility at London is small and as a result of the COVID we were not allowed in the building which was unfortunate since we had to travel 90 miles but won't hold that against them. From an appearance standpoint the car was perfect, looked brand new, which is surprising since it had 38,000 miles on the odometer. Our test drive revealed that we could hear a lot of road noise and the ride itself was rough. I suspect the cause of both issues are the tires which are original but with it being a $33,000 vehicle we weren't willing to assume the risk. Logan expressed a possible willingness to lower price of vehicle a few hundred dollars to help pay for new tires but when we declined he did not pressure us to purchase. Although they did clean up the vehicle and fill it with gas they did agree to reimburse us our deposit. I would have preferred that they had not charged our card unless we were a no show but bottom line our credit card was reimbursed. Our experience with Tim Short/Logan Polly was all positive and I would not hesitate to deal with them in future and would recommend them to family and/or friends.

I've bought quite a few cars in my 53 yrs on this earth. I've never seen a dealer quite as useless as Tim Short used cars in London Ky. Andy the sales manager is useless and doesn't stand behind the "CRAP" they sell there!!! Always have the car you buy here check out by a good mechanic you trust before you sigh the paperwork. The car i bought from him was in a different shop 2 days after i bought it, they didn't stand behind there cars they were selling people. Don't take a chance with the money you work hard for with this dealer. I was out a car for 2 days and $400.00. Untill it was safe to drive. So take it from a honest God fearing man of 53 yrs. And just go somewhere else. E

Very Unhappy
Bought a car that Logan promised to fix after a week came back still not right he said he could not spend any more money on I to fix...Had to ask for my $3000.00 back that I had paid on it..he said if he wanted he could make use take it anyway not fixed...so I blew a gasket he said he would return our money just wouldn't be that easy..after 2 weeks did get our money back.will never recommend the London Store.....
Very Unhappy

Talked to a sales rep about a vehicle listed online. Turns out the vehicle wasn't what we were looking for and the salesman did not pressure us about that vehicle. He did continue to look for a vehicle to suit our needs with no pressure at all!

serious about selling cars
Checked out online site and inquired about ford focuses, and they followed up with me by phone and email. I ended up finding a great deal elsewhere but they tried everything to sell me the car I wanted. I will check back with them for my next vehicle for sure.
