My wife and I started coming here when we bought her 2015 S60. We bought the car used from a different dealership but wanted it serviced at a Volvo dealership. The people at Volvo OKC are friendly and professional. Probably the best I’ve ever seen. I recently bought at 2020 XC90 from here because of how the sales team and staff treated us. To me, that’s more important than anything. I highly recommend this dealership.

The drop off was quick, easy and smooth considering my car’s situation just popped up one day. I was able to get in a loaner car seamlessly, while mine went in the shop to be worked on. The initial service help from Kristina was amazing and Efren even came up to look at my car, to give me a better understanding of what the possible problem was, before it was taken back to be serviced. Leaving my car with both of them felt comfortable and reassuring that the problems would be resolved. What a great team!

Staff went above and beyond to find and arrange the vehicle we wanted. They kept us in the loop and worked through extenuating circumstances to make it happen. They were always courteous and put us first. This dealership cares more about the relationship than the sale.

Car shopping is always a daunting experience. I had already decided on the model, it just a matter of finalizing the deal. I was very pleased with salesperson Dakota Canaday who greeted me on my initial visit. He introduce me to the vehicle I was interested in and offered a test drive. I was already sold on the XC40. The unit that was for sale was a T4, Blue Denim Inscription. No offered was made to purchase that particular vehicle. I wanted to give it more thought. We exchanged contact information for a future visit for inspection of my trade-in vehicle. Subsequently, a visit was made, but in the mean time the original vehicle I tested was sold. However, when a similiar vehicle became available I was contacted and that is the vehicle I now have. I was offered very attractive terms and the entire process was very pleasant. Mr. Canaday facilitated the processing of the paperwork quickly and efficiently. I love the car. It is everything I expected and more. It is interesting that Volvo Cars of Oklahoma City is the only Volvo dealer within a 200 mile radius however, they do not have a take it or leave it attitude. They truly want to earn your business.
