We had an amazing experience at this Volvo dealership! They truly went above and beyond to help us find the perfect car. Choosing the right vehicle wasn’t easy, but Cynthia was absolutely superb throughout the entire process. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very attentive to our needs. We made our test drive very smooth and seamless. We stopped by the dealership to check out on XC90 Ultra B6, and within a couple of days, we were driving home in a car we really love — complete with the add-on features we wanted. The whole team was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for excellent customer service and a team that genuinely cares!

Debbie was awesome.
Debbie was awesome. Normally car buying is pretty stressfull but Debbie literally made us feel like VIP's. I've purchasd multilple cars and this was by far the best experience. It's nice to have someone you know you can trust. Next time I need a car, all I'll have to do is call Debbie.

While the customer service representative went out of his way to let us test drive the vehicle we came to see the Cadillac CT4, and an additional one, the 2018 Land Rover Discovery SE (Model #: AJ462/350RB). MSRP $16,101.00. I was extremely offended when he lowballed me for my trade in on my 2015 Cadillac SRX. I still owe 10,000. on it and only said they were willing to give me 4000.00 for it. Now I did my research before I went in and I know that Dealer resale for that vehicle is between 6000.00 and 10,000.00 for that car in good shape, which it is. I understand that it’s a business, but I also know that we are headed for serious financial hard times for everyone with the tariffs coming and all. All they had to do to sell me a car was not insult me with that offer and be willing to renegotiate the trade in value by even a little.

As part of our evaluation, we review the Carfax history, among other factors. In this case, the Carfax report indicated that the vehicle was involved in a severe damage accident in July 2018, with damage noted to the rear, front, left side, left front, left rear, and right front. A copy of this report was provided to you during your visit. Unfortunately, a history of severe damage significantly impacts a vehicle’s market value, and it cannot be valued the same as a comparable vehicle without such a history. While you were at the dealership, we discussed this information with you. We understand you chose to leave during that conversation, and we made an effort to follow up and continue the discussion. We truly value your business and would still love the opportunity to work with you. If you'd like to revisit the conversation, we would be more than happy to explore options and see if we can find a solution that works for you. Debbie worked with us over the phone to secure the vehicle we wanted and get us preapproved, JJ in finance was excellent help getting our loan secured and a great rate. The vehicle was pulled up to the front and freshly cleaned when we went to pick it up. Everything was very smooth and very quick. Highly recommend buying a vehicle from Volvo OKC.

Very nice dealership. Debbie was very helpful to me. Let me test drive, and didn’t talk excessively, so I good get a good feel and listen to the car. Also appreciated that the final price reflected what was listed on the website, so no sticker shock.
