Just bought my 2019 Mazda CX5 at Scott Mazda and could not be happier. Jeremy was a delight to work with. Very knowledgable and so friendly. Did not pressure me at all to buy or make a decision. All he said was that I would not find a better deal with this kind of package in a car any where else. I actually walked out of other dealerships because of the harassment to make a decision right then and there. I have never bought a new car and really wanted to test drive all the ones I was interested in. The Mazda by far out beat them all. It is a sleek little SUV and the inside is to die for. The finance process was so quick . I was out of there in like 10 minutes. Thank yo ou again Scott Mazda

Service sucks
I bought a new Mazda in 2018 and they won't even rotate the tires for free while doing an inspection with 2 tires already removed

Fine until I went to pick up my car
My salesperson, Ron, was helpful and knew a good amount about the cars that I was looking at. He was respectful, friendly, and professional. However, after putting down a large deposit, scheduling a meeting time to sign the paperwork and pick up the car, I was incredibly disappointed by Scott Cars. I sat in their dealership for nearly 2.5 hours waiting for the finance team to draw up the paperwork (which ultimately takes about 10 minutes to do). The manager, Erik, saw us sitting and waiting for a full 1.5 hours before ever approaching us. Even when he did, he was unhelpful and did not speed up the process at all. While we were waiting, we saw the finance team take 2 parties back into their office ahead of us even though we had been waiting hours and these customers had only walked in moments before. We told Erik about this and he did not seem to care. I specifically took off of work in the afternoon to be able to pick up my car and I made it clear that I needed the paperwork to be ready upon my arrival because I had other plans later that day. But, despite this request, my continued communication with Ron, and my large deposit on the car, Scott Cars showed that they did not value me as a customer and did not take me seriously enough to prepare the paperwork in a timely manner. Overall, I felt like my time was wasted and I was extremely disrespected, namely by Erik, the manager, and the members of the finance team. I am happy with my car and Ron made the experience less unpleasant, but I will never be returning to Scott Cars nor would I recommend it to a friend. This lack of respect for customers and their time is inexcusable.

Service is consistently outstanding!
Everyone is friendly and courteous and the service is consistently outstanding. If there are any open issues after the service, they have ALWAYS resolved them to my satisfaction.

Fantastic experience
Excellent no pressure experience from the first email inquiry i made about the vehicle to the actual signing of the papers. I will definitely be a return customer. Can not speak highly enough of my salesman Ron. He went out of his way to make sure i got the best vehicle and deal he could give me.

Very Satisfied Customer
Everyone there was very nice. They didn’t try to pressure me in to making a purchase. They most cared about making sure i was making an informed decision and that I was happy with the decision I was making. They worked hard to make sure I was able to find a monetary solution that worked for me. I will absolutely continue to bring them my business for future purchases.
