In August, we decided to downsize from a car and a van to one vehicle.Then we met Nate. We wanted to buy local. We wanted a vehicle that would be easy to use to haul small items, easy to get in and out, easy to drive, and could still transport 4 people if needed. Also the price would have to be right. The 2014 Ford Transit Connect Wagon -5people short wheel base was it! Nate found us one in NJ. So within 5 days, August 30, 2014, we were driving off the lot in the new wagon. All the staff from the sales staff to the service department tour were helpful. Nate made the sale transition easy from GM vehicles to the first Ford.

Ian Chea was very helpful in helping me find the car I wanted he took into consideration of what I wanted in a car. He found me a car I fell in love with and tried his all to get me in that car. I had very little funds to work with and he was able to still get me a loan. Hondru ford of Manheim is a great dealership I would recommend them to any one.

Hondru Ford has always provided my family and I great customer service from the time I have walked in the door looking for a new vehicle till the time I arrive for my scheduled services. But with any good visit it begins with a great salesperson. I have used the salesperson for years now and I refuse to deal with anyone else. Roger Moreno has always treated my wife and I with the greatest respect at ALL times and treats us more like family than customers. Whenever I email or text a question I always get an immediate response. He has helped us greatly and that trust has spilled over to our daughter and son in law purchasing from Roger as well. He also helped them with purchasing their first vehicles which can be difficult for any first time buyer. Roger made this process simple and painless for them. My wife and I have moved over400 miles away from Hondru and Roger but we still plan on doing business with them whenever the need arises!! I can also speak of the expert service department who have always treated me with courtesy and respect. They always are available to answer my questions and also provided me with a loaner upon request!

This was my first car buying experience and it was so great! Nate was very nice and didnt push anything on me and helped explain things to me in a very understandable way! Highly reccomend checking them out.

I was very pleasantly surprised by my car buying experience at Hondru Ford in Manheim Pa. I loved working with Ian Chea, he was friendly, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and a low-pressure salesman. He had me sold when he said he was there to help me find the right car for me, not just sell me a car. He let me test drive as many vehicles as I wanted and even let me take them out on my own. In the end I bought exactly what I wanted and we negotiated a deal to satisfy all parties involved. I love my new Ford C-Max Hybrid, have been driving it for a month now and it meets all my expectations. The gas mileage is even better than expected! I also love that all my maintenance and repairs can be done at the same place where I bought my car. Overall all the staff I met were friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend Hondru in Manheim and specifically Ian as a great salesperson.

I recently bought a certified car at the Hondru Chevy of Manheim. I like the car and the buying process was pretty straight forward, but the car had some problems. I'm fine with that, cars have problems, plain and simple. however, when the service department tells you that you will get your car back on a certain date and it doesn't get done, then I start having problems. The service is so unbelievably slow, I've owned my car for about 8 weeks and have only had it for 3 of them. I would like this place better if it was faster, more efficient and followed through and their promises.
