BEWARE Don’t buy a car from them. Before I signed for the car I specifically asked if there was anything wrong with it especially with my daughter joining the military and needing to travel. I was told no. So I did buy my daughter the car it did not pass emission inspection they swore they fixed it. a year later at the time the inspection was due, it failed again. They had the car over a month took it up to Upton Ma to a mechanic still failed. That mechanic took it to the factory dealership there and it was bc the car was tuned. His mechanic was on the phone with me and Nick asking if my daughter did that. I was like no Nick knows this is the original problem. Come to find out they had to replace the part they were trying on to reprogram it and the mechanic did an oil change which my daughter has been getting at dealership since we owned it. So my daughter at the next oil change took it to the factory dealership and they said they would not touch it because whoever did it last which is the mechanic that this place took it to put a butterfly pin in it and messed up the oil pan. Now need to replace the oil pan. When the car came back the grill was cracked and license plate dented. I let Them know about the oil pan and grill and kept getting the run around. I have All the slips from the factory dealership before they took it to upton. The light wires are also messed up that no one will touch them. I can go on with the problems Then I look to find out what is going on the car because I have A tracker and the guy is driving it all over Boston area. I keep Getting a run around. There has been so many things just save your self a head ache please

These people need to change their names to Top Quality Auto Theives They sell used cars that are absolutely money pits the min it's off their lots and then they catch amnesia and act like it's your problem. Every aspect of this business is bottom tier nothing that's puts them at the top. Do not buy a car from these people, u will call them when u need help and they won't answer that phone. Worst dealership I've ever been to and bought from. They should all be ashamed, I can't wait till they shut down. No more other people spending their hard earned money on these expensive money traps

Since I’ve bought the car from top quality it’s been a nightmare and the biggest run around. my check engine lights been on and off and so many times for the same thing, Nick telling me to take the car into his mechanic and each time I was told it’s alset and ready. This is now the fourth or fifth time and yet nothing done the proper way and check engine light back on again for the same issue. Nick also refused to give my refund when I let him know I wish to no longer do business with him and this car is a lemon and the business also. goodluck to all. Save yourself from the headache, lies and run around.

Horrible, Brought my daughter there to help her find a new car . And this place 100% wasted my time . Would never tell anybody to check this place out , that’s for sure !

I have never had an easier or more pleasant car buying experience from sales to financing to rhe mechanic they did everything they said they would do they definitely put the customer first

The email I received stated that the car was mint condition. That was a huge lie. They hadn't even cleaned it. After running a hard check on my credit, it was brought to my attention that the car was in fact 5k more than advertised. My time was wasted when we tried to figure out a loan on a much lower amount. I can't figure out there angle here. Why not be upfront?

The guy Anthony is racist he called me the n word and tried keep my deposit I called police and they got it back for me he’s a liar and snake be careful

Thes guys worked with me for 2 weeks and accommodated every thing I needed until the car I wanted was perfect for me. I had tried a few other places and was denied financing Iam not talking about buy here pay here my payment is 200 a month and I was able to drive off the next day after I signed the paper work. Very professional and nice people they want u to be happy and boy was I.

I purchased a Porsche about a month ago, I am happy with the SUV and the service was exceptional. I would purchase another vehicle from them again.

Very shady place!!!Sold me a bad car I retuned it. After they two weeks to give to me because it was at the dealer. "getting fixed" It was electric car that kept shutting off WHILE DRIVING IT!! Almost has an accident The owner personally told me he was going to get rid of the car because it was dangerous. Now they want the charger that came with car so they can resell the car. I payed 200 to get installed. I told them they have it if they payed an electrician to have it removed. Nick told me he would first ruin my credit that pay to remove it.
