An honest service writer. The service department takes great care to help with your automotive needs. Service is prompt and complete. And they make you comfortable as you wait.

I will drive the 30 minutes to get out to Lubbers for service on my truck because I have always felt I get good honest service. The service advisor I use to work with retired, but have been working with Danny since then. Danny will take time to answer my questions and I never feel I am being pushed to get services done that are not needed. I have even taken my vehicle out to have them check something that I feel might need to be done, like new brakes; to be told they are still fine.
