I was looking for a fast family car that had comfort and was reliable that was used but in great shape with low mileage. They were really friendly and supporting answer every questions. The saab has been running great no problems runs like 50,000 miles car and the car has 106k on it. Really impress. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and if I ever need a car again coming back. Great job guys.

I had been shopping for a good used Audi or BMW, and test drove more than 15 different cars. Finally I stopped at Autolika, and found an awesome 2003 Audi A4 Quattro 3.0 liter black 4 door with 103,000 miles on it. The car drives, rides and handles like a car with 20 to 30 K miles! Extremely happy with the car and this Dealership. Everyone was very professional and helpful, and I was surprised that they fixed 3 small issues on the car before I came to drive away with it, along with giving me a great deal. Great job guys. My husband and I drove from Columbus to Cleveland in search of our new Audi and wound up at Autolika. When we arrived we were warmly greeted and wound up buying an Audi A4 Quattro, we were so excited. It needed a few small things done so we left it and a deposit and they agreed to repair it FREE of charge and deliver it to us 130 miles away! We had the vehicle for less than 24 and it began to overheat so we had it towed to an Audi mechanic in Columbus, they notified us that the water pump had failed and the timing belt was close to breaking despite the fact that a previous dealer had reported to CarFax that this service had been completed at 97k miles. We contacted them and even though the vehicle was purchased AS IS they have graciously agreed to repair the vehicle at no cost. This is service that cannot be found ANYWHERE, they have been so courteous and kind to us. There are still good solid used car dealers out there and Autolika is definitely one of them, we will absolutely 100% buy from them again and recommend them to everyone we can. They are top notch in every way! Bravo to them for standing above the rest when they could have left us out to dry on a very costly repair. Our hat's off to you!

This place is really awesome.Bought the cars from them 1 year ago and have been very happy with my Audi A6.Last week was first time i had to to some work to it and it was handled very quick and professional form star to finish.I was offered loaner car free of charge wile my car was in the shop.The car was washed after service and work that was done came with 2 years unlimited miles warranty.Very nice and clean shop you will not be disappointed.

Will be a returning customer for sure. All the guys at the shop made every step easier and easier for my car purchase. Going to a business where there's determination in satisfying a customer with both quality and price makes the process serene and fun rather than going to a franchise and being just a number.
