Kyle was not pushy and very courteous.

Kyle was not pushy and very courteous. He was attentive to my needs. The dealer did best to accommodate my restrictive time and expedited the whole transaction.

Great service manager Michael Tran went extra miles to

Great service manager Michael Tran went extra miles to what I need. Both my TLX and MDX were taking cared by him in addition to just the regular maintenance. He is always on top of communicating me on status of my car and recommending the best way to keep the car running at top performance. Will return again to him on my next service.

Very relaxed feeling.

Very relaxed feeling. No pressure at all to feel obligated to purchase. I’ve been to a few dealerships and all they wanted to do was get a sale fast. Yes, I’m sure Kyle wanted a sale, but I didn’t feel that pressure push. Kyle made my very first car buying experience great. Thank you so much Kyle for everything. Michael was extremely helpful during my service and took

Michael was extremely helpful during my service and took my concerns seriously. He was able to fix the static noise from my car and kept me updated. I’m able to enjoy my car again with music playing! This is the reason why I make the extra drive and go to weir canyon for my services because they always try their best. Thanks again Michael!

The service manager Michael Tran who took my order to do the maintenance was extremely: Professional, Courteous, Friendly , Thoughtful , knowledgeable & eager to assist me in everything he can, offered me coffee & water as well , I have been there before and got good service however this time it was EXCEPTIONAL , I highly recommend him because it hard those days to find people like him. Thank You Mr. Michael Tran may God bless you with great health, Happiness, Love, Wealth & More Success . Acura are lucky to have people like yourself , next time I will ask for you again and hope my coffee will be as good lol
