CAL also has excellent selection with over 300 vehicles in stock. Every vehicle sold must pass a 24-point safety inspection that is done by a 3rd party mechanic. Every CAL vehicle sold comes with a complimentary 30 day 1000-mile warranty to back up our safety inspection.

Roughly half of CAL customers that come to our dealership every month are either referrals or repeat buyers because they know our vehicle's prices are negotiable but their satisfaction is not!

I had the pleasure of working with Lee and he helped me

I had the pleasure of working with Lee and he helped me find my beautiful 2011 Acura! He was very very polite and was able to work with my budget. I also was able to trade in my Honda pilot which made the price of Acura go down, which was such a blessing. Lee also was able to work with me even though I had a hard time locating my registration papers. They were very flexible on that and quickly found multiple options for me to locate my registration papers again. I was able to take the car home same day, which was a huge blessing! Especially because I’m a caregiver and my clients and I rely on transportation.The staff was amazing very welcoming and I will absolutely be coming back if I ever need another car! Five stars all around I definitely recommend! Best play car dealership in town!

I recently purchased a F350 and Russell was my sales

I recently purchased a F350 and Russell was my sales person. He went above and beyond, even came in on his day off, and helped me get into a vehicle that suited my needs. I didn't feel rushed while trying to decide if it was the right vehicle and he helped make the process very easy. He was very professional and polite and I would recommend him to my friends and family!

Our salesman David Ramos was awesome.

Our salesman David Ramos was awesome. Informative but not pushy and went the extra mile to help us find the right car in the necessary price range. The finance manager at the Division Street store made the process easy and was knowledgable and helpful. Great experience. I definitely would refer to this business and would go there again. It beat going through Craigs List or marketplace and driving all over the county with many unknowns. Well done Cal's!!!

Made a road trip to loom at one of their cars after the

Made a road trip to loom at one of their cars after the salesman indicated they could give trade value or even more because they had a shortage of vehicles on the lot. He also indicated the vehicle I was interested in did not appear to have excessive rust. of excessively rusty vehicles from Canada. Whwn I got there the vehicle I was interested in had extreme rust, part of lower back door panel rusted, paint bubbling and rust that flaked off when touching it. I was so disappointed in the truck and frustrated with the trip. I ended up with an impulse buy of vehicle with none of the features I wanted and less than ideal color. I did not take possession of the vehicle as it needed its safety inspection and was supposed to be detailed. I called first thing the next morning to undo the sale as I hated the truck the minute I drove off the lot and it was a mistake. I was told it could not be done and the truck was mine. Although I recognize they are not legally obligated to reverse the sale they absolutely could have. I was surprised by the lack of understanding being a repeat customer. I called the bank and the loan had not even been processed. When I asked about exchanging for a truck of equal retail value they told me I would owe more money because I had to pay the list price versus retail comparison on the truck I wanted to exchange for. The exchange policy is such a joke! I asked to cancel the extended warranty as I would be selling it ASAP (which I did the very next day after I took possession). Initially they said I had to come in person to cancel the extended warranty to sign the mileage affidavit even though they still had the truck. Eventually they confirmed they were processing my cancelation and refund after I supplied the odometer statement I signed the day of purchase. I met the saleman at a halfway point to exchange my truck and take possession of the unwanted truck. It was obviously not detailed as the “I owe you” indicated they would. Under the vehicle was still heavily crusted with mud. On top of it- it was a struggle to get even low trade value for my trade; which I later checked and saw they had my trade truck posted for almost 10K then they gave me. I will never again purchase another vehicle from CalCars as they do not care if a repeat customer is happy with their purchase or not. Plus theor 3 day exchange policy is a joke using asking sale price versus market value when considering an exchange. Absolute worse car buying experience of my life!

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle for CAL in Airway Heights. We first started working with Chris and then worked with Grant for most of the time. Both are good to work with. My wife was looking for a a vehicle with certain options, feel and overall comfort. Not too set on a specific brand, she just wanted to sit in and driver various vehicles to see how they handled and how the features functioned for her. We probably test drive 10+ vehicles. Grant even brought a couple of vehicles over from their CDA location for us to look at. They gave us a very fair trade in and worked on the price. Grant worked hard for us and we appreciated it. Our overall experience was good for dealing with having to buy a vehicle, one thing we do not enjoy doing. But Grant made the experience enjoyable. Thanks Grant!!!

The salesman, Christian, was absolutely epic!

The salesman, Christian, was absolutely epic! He pulled through and gave me great news when I thought I wouldn't be able to get the car he showed me. His disposition is one of a kind and he's so patient and sweet. This man deserves all the good things in life! Anna was also very sweet and everyone made me feel like family.
