Good experience overall. The oil change was done quickly and professionally. Staff was courteous, and the waiting area was clean. Slight delay, but service quality was reliable.

I bot my CR-V here and really enjoyed it. Service was always great. Especially the folks that take care of me in the beginning. They are all friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful. My service contact was a really great young man. His name is Chris. I turned over the car and its service to him and he did a great job for me. My big surprise was at the end of the day another good guy, Josh, made me a bid for my car and I ended up selling it back to the dealer. I was thrilled! So, Honda of Denton has something for everyone! Mike

I took my car in for the first 5000 oil change, tire
I took my car in for the first 5000 oil change, tire rotation service. I had to take it back because the low tire came on. I had them check my tires. I got home and found a lug nut in the driveway. I checked all my tires. There was a missing lug nut on the right rear tire. The dealership was closed so I called roadside service under warranty to come put the lug nut on and check the rest of my tires. They found another loose lug nut. I am on the highway for 72 miles a day. I cannot afford to take chances with my life or other people's lives. I am so disappointed with the technician who serviced my car. I had a continuous bad experience with a Nissan dealership here. I was hoping that Honda was different.
