I recently took my 2016 Ford Fusion to Certified Autobrokers for service. I go there for service for several reasons. First of all, I purchased my vehicle there and I'm comfortable taking it back. Secondly, Certified Autobrokers is convenient to my home as it would be to almost anyone in WNY. Thirdly, they provide a free shuttle service to and from home while your car is being serviced. I chose not to use this service on this particular visit since my service would not take long. Another reason that I select this location for my car’s service is the professional, kind, helpful, friendly and supportive staff. Lastly, the waiting area is pleasant and clean with coffee and television available while I wait. There are even toys for customers who have young children with them! These guys have thought about everything to make a customer’s visit the best!!! My most recent visit was for a simple oil and lube. My car proudly has 126,500 miles on it. It’s still running great! Certified Autobrokers keeps it that way. My vehicle was serviced in a very timely manner and I was soon back on my way. I had a completely positive and successful visit as always! Do not buy a vehicle from Canada from them.
Do not buy a vehicle from Canada from them. They will tell you there is still part of the manufacturer's warranty left. That warranty is void the second the vehicle comes to the US. They put a bandaid on my Cancer. I have $15,000+ of what should have been warranty covered work. After 3 days of " repairs",I've discovered white stuff all over my vehicle. Areas that were repainted,are already peeling off after 2 days. Parts needed to be replaced, not painted over.The bandaid is coming off. While trying to get my vehicle repaired by manufacturer warranty, it was also discovered that my vehicle is still registered to someone in Canada too. Same vehicle , registered in 2 different countries.This was supposed to be looked into. I've asked many times what's going on with this and received no answers.
