TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!!! THE WHEEL FELL OFF THE VEHICLE BECAUSE THE LUG NUTS WERE NOT TIGHTENED TO SPECIFICATIONS, WHEN I NOTIFIED THEM ALL I GOT WAS THE RUN AROUND, NO ONE SEEMED TO CARE EVEN THOUGH SOMEONE COULD HAVE BEEN SERIOUSLY INJURED. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN THEY ARE DONE. I DON'T TRUST THEM AND WILL NOT LET THEM SERVICE MY CAR. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY STAY IN BUINESS!!! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN.

HE WAS THE CATS MEOW, HE WAS THE QB WHO MADE THE LAST PLAY AND WON THE SUPER BOWL -- HE WAS THE REBOUNDER WHO TAP THE BASKETBALL AND WON THE NBA CHAMPIONSHIP. HE IS THE PERSON WHO FOUND THE CURE FOR THE COVID-19 VIRUS. NOW THAT IS A VERY SPECIAL PERSON. GIVE HIME A RAISE.

AVOID RICK HENDRICK!!!!

I purchased a 2 year old car and was concerned about a vibration upfront when accelerating. Also the car jumps forward really hard when coming out of reverse to drive.They kept the car for over 2 weeks and offered no loaner car. They said there was no issue found but when I drove it away, the vibration sound was even louder!!! There was Plenty of other promises to correct other small issues that were never done. If it's a Chevy you're after, find another dealership or you'll be very sorry!

We had our van at another shop 3 time and didn't get it

We had our van at another shop 3 time and didn't get it fixed after replacing multiple parts. We brought it to Hendricks and it was fixed the first time. The communication and professionalism from Frank was outstanding!
