I was interested in a used truck that was offered by this dealer online. Since I am a laryngectomee and cannot speak on the phone, I first sent an email from my computer, which was unanswered until after I had left the house to go "on-the-lot" shopping. (No, I don't have a smart phone.) Then I sent a text message to the listed number, but the number is unable to receive text messages! Then I had my mechanic call the number and he spoke to someone who promised to get right back to us RE: the vehicle's availability, but they never did! Since I had a limited amount of time for "on-the-lot" shopping, I decided to look elsewhere, and ultimately bought a vehicle from another dealer who DID contact me after receiving an email.

A very friendly no pressure professional used car dealer that actually gave me detailed info on leasing a vehiclewith a new car dealership as another option, but we decided to buy a used Buick from them as it was in great shape and fit our car needs. A positive buying experience with no pressure and very helpful in all ways.

We were looking online for a Toyota Corolla; very quickly after we entered our info, we received a callback. From the first contact with anyone from Millevoi's, everyone was unbelievably friendly, professional, polite, honest and helpful. We drove the car and liked it, but they insisted we drive it for a day or two and take it to our own mechanic - they even offered to drive it there for us! Two days later, we bought the car and have been very satisfied; the paperwork process was also painless. Mellevoi's will now be our mechanic for both of our cars, and we've recommended them to family members as well. They run an amazing business; we were really impressed. We were unaware before now that they sold cars and will definitely refer anyone to them. Great experience.
