I had a good experience.

I had a good experience. Everyone was friendly. When the work was finished, the person found us outside looking at cars. She walked out in the wind to tell me the work was finished.

We worked with a new salesman.

We worked with a new salesman. That said, he was attentive, he listened to our wants/needs, he was cautious and very professional (did I mention he was new so gold star). We worked with him for 2 weeks before coming to a deal and I think we were both very happy with it. If you get to Mathews Kia in Cartersville - ask for Zack. Superior.

I have been listened to when I go to the service

I have been listened to when I go to the service department. I always get a straight forward explanation of the problem and what it will take to remedy it. No surprises and Joe is my go to guy.

Stress free and easy experience.

Stress free and easy experience...from beginning to end! Whole process, from test drive to driving my new Seltos off the lot, took a tad over 2 hours. That's the way it should be! Painless! I 1000% recommend buying from Matthew's Kia.
