Was told that when they could not give me a timeframe to
Was told that when they could not give me a timeframe to repair (or even look at our car) we should be lucky it is not taking 4 months! That is how long Woody Anderson Ford keeps cars (apparently from my conversation) without a loaner, nor updates on status. We brought my 2021 ford escape hybrid into the Woody Anderson Ford for a recall issue. We also pointed out that there were some issues with the brakes as well as a problem with the car not coming out of power saving mode. As requested, we dropped our car off first thing Monday morning, where it proceeded to sit untouched for the next 5 days. When asked why it was taking so long, I was told that the Main Woody Anderson Office was holding cars as long as 4 months, so I should be lucky. I was under the impression that these were legitimate appointments. My car is used as a primary source of transportation when we travel. We specifically bought the Escape because of it's capability of being towed. We were under the impression that our car would be worked on when turned in. Not only did Woody Anderson Ford refuse to give my car back unless I just left completely, they refused to give me a time line on when worked could be performed. In the end, my brakes, underlying power issue were not addressed. This has been by far the most miserable experience of my automotive ownership. How they are able to manage. Not only will I not use Woody Anderson Ford again, I will never purchase so much as a key chain from them again. Their profound lack of care for the customer and their needs is overwhelming disappointing. After talking with others, I was told that many avoid Woody Anderson Ford for the same reason. In one case, they simply traded their car to get another brand so that they would no longer have to depend on Woody Anderson Ford for their car maintenance needs. We were told to drive 45 minutes away to Scottsboro to use a company more in line with Ford and their level of care for the customer. Unless your car is used sparingly and you have another that you can depend on, I would not use Woody Anderson Ford, for car purchases, maintenance, or even car washes. They have by far some of the worst customer service I have ever seen!

While visiting our son in Huntsville from CT, we needed the vehicles brakes repaired so we could drive back to CT. Glen Smith went above and beyond in getting our truck immediately repaired and even provided us a ride back to our sons home. Could not have asked for better service. We will be relocating to this area in 18 months and we own 3 Fords and you will be getting all our business. Mr & Mrs. Hunt

We bought a used Dodge pickup from Woody Anderson Ford Madison and could not be more happy. The truck was a great price, clean and our salesman Mike Jolly treated us like we were the only people in the store and the only concern he had for the day. I could not be more happy with the purchase. He ensured that the truck was freshly washed, vacuumed and had a full tank of gas in it. We were so impressed that we asked for his cards so I could give to other people I know looking for a great deal. Thank you Mike, you certainly made the process and purchase an easy one and we will be back to work with you in the future.

07/17/21 my wife and I took her 2017 Ford focus in this...
07/17/21 my wife and I took her 2017 Ford focus in this morning for her routine maintenance program, oil change, fluids checked, tires rotated and usual maintenance except for one issue. I had noticed that the battery terminals were heavily coated with battery acid so I asked them to clean them off which should be under a normal maintenance program. The mechanic who worked on the car used an air compressor hose to blow the battery terminals off which in turn blew battery acid all over the engine the outer parts of the car hood roof windshield everywhere. I had asked the sales representative if they used an air compressor hose on it and he said that's the way they do it frequently. We didn't notice it at first until we came out from going to eat breakfast so we took it directly back to Woody Anderson of Madison the representative said he would take care of the problem immediately we agreed he took it in. From what I can tell all they did was wash the outside of the car which was already too late. The entire engine compartment battery holding case are still covered in specs of battery acid and I find this to be completely unacceptable on their part. We've had to file an insurance claim now We do have pictures of the compartment the engine for insurance company. My wife is meticulous with her car it is washed every Sunday and cleaned and the engine compartment was spotless and the reason I know this is because I had the hood open a few days ago to jump start my neighbor's car that is when I noticed that Susan's battery terminals needed cleaning. Very dissatisfied with the service this morning 👎

My wife and I were greeted with a Welcome to our home type feeling. I came in looking for a lightly used vehicle, which would have been more expensive in the long run. They pointed out HUGE discounts on a new 2019 vehicle which was fantastic. I am very, very pleased with my deal, the Salesman, and everyone involved with my deal.

Poor customer service
Sales Consultant Tony did not put any effort into helping find the vehicle I was looking for. Had very poor communication, if it wasn't for that I would've purchased a certified Ford Edge.
