Summary: Snuck prices in other ways because their

Summary: Snuck prices in other ways because their mechanics aren’t capable. Got a recall done and got them to reset a mykey and program another. Recall was free like it’s supposed to be. To reset and program the new key, that I provided I was told would be $95. They couldn’t program it so they couldn’t bill me for it, so instead they charged me $80 for labor and $10 for shop supplies which was just a obs2 scanner. I believe this is unlawful act of the nc consumer protection law but I’m not stingy enough to take it to court so I’m just letting everyone know that they are snakes and their mechanics seem to be incapable. I ask if they could do something about the price he said no I had to pay for their time. So I guess they spent 3 hours doing what should be a simple task.

They are scamed me and ford I brought f150 new a month

They are scamed me and ford I brought f150 new a month ago broke down on 400 miles, so I bought extended warranty and premium maintenance plan , they refused to owner it , now after I spent mor the 120000$ I got stuck with broke one after ford paying their part off the deal and my parts Be Awer from them

Recall

2015 Mustang in for recall on rear camera/wiring harness. Appt. 11:00 am - new procedure took longer than expected. Picked it up at 5:00pm. Design flaw - windows open when doors opened. A scraping - screeching noise when the driver side window closed. Husband sprayed WD-40. What if this happens again?
