Deceptive dealership! Katrina did not do her job. Oliver and David sent threats of suing because they did not do their due diligence before signing papers. They even took possession of my vehicle and gave me possession of the vehicle from them. I traded in my truck for an SUV and even after pictures were exchanged, paperwork fully signed, and the dealer exchanging vehicles with me they called threatening to sue and repossess my SUV all because they did not see the damage in the photos I sent them. They clearly did not use the zoom feature. I spoke with a lawyer and I was well within my rights to keep the vehicle since all parties signed the contract. But was told it would be lengthy and I would have to put a lot of money on retainer. We decided to just go with another dealer. I will be reporting them to the state agencies though for deceptive practices.

Brought my 2018 Passat in to scan the computer as to why my EPC light came on during recent trip. Car was surging...at the time I was using my cruise control...they scanned, and couldn't find any instance of a problem. Hummm! Also, my infotainment system was "wacky"...they replace the Infotainment System. Seems to work just fine now.

Service has always been top notch. Had a particularly difficult problem with a new part installation, everyone in the service department put their heads together and solved the issue. Thanks goes to the guys in the shop and service department.

We leased an Atlas in ‘21 and from day one to each regularly scheduled service, we have had a great experience at VW of xx Augustine. We decided to purchase and the CPO process to purchase went great.

What an amazing dealer. The team members are professional and courteous. The facility is to notch, Clean and organized. Further, this dealer has zero add ons or addendums. Which is a breath of fresh air. As other dealers are still price gouging. Lastly, the following individuals went above and beyond to provide the most professional and detailed service: Derrick Moreno ( Delivery manager), Oliver Eason ( Sales manager), and Joe Homann ( finance manager). A special thanks to Joe Homann. He is very detailed and upfront. He answered every question with truth and honesty. Thier was zero high pressure tactics or adds being pushed. Just options and details of additional services. This truly appreciated when other dealers push and pressure other into extended warranties and add ons. Thank you, Nathan

Had a fairly minor problem with my Beetle. Took it to the dealer without an appointment. No problem … quick and easy fix and I was on my way. Staff was very helpful.

I have had the most amazing service from the repair department!!!!!!!!! Every time I ever have to come in, I feel totally taken care of!
