OMG, Buyer Beware.

OMG, Buyer Beware...this is not the place you want to buy a car, I purchased an Audi for Almost $20,000 and I have had to put so much money into this car just for repairs. This guy was pushy and I received a High Interest Rate through his Banks. This guy is the Worst of the Worst. Cars Look great but are Overpriced and he takes advantage because you need a vehicle. Right now I just put $2000 in Repairs and I still need Five more thousand in Repairs, no one drives in my Car with me and I only use it mainly to get to work, I cannot believe what I am going through. Total trash, never again ever, Stay Away you've been Warned, Save yourself the Headache go somewhere else, Please I am just trying to help people... I am serious, I have Owned 4 Bmw's and 7 Nissans, Mitsubishi 3000 Gt etc, I know my Cars but this guy is a HUGE RIPOFF

Buying a handicap van.

I have purchased many cars, but Albert made everything very easy. I would recommend him for buying a car form him. Thank you for your help.

Terrible communication.

Terrible communication. Took weeks to complete the purchase. He couldn't ship it when e he said he could. The transmission went out on the van 2 days after it was picked up. Ripoff artist

2012 Cadillac SRX

I purchased a beautiful 2012 Cadillac SRX from Vip Auto Group Inc. They gave the best price from all local car dealersahips. The owner, Albert was very helpful.

Buyer Beware!

I purchased a handicapped accessible mini-van from VIP Auto and dealt with both Chris and Albert throughout the transaction. The van was delivered with no fuel in the gas tank and in need of over $1500 of mechanical repairs too! Buyer Beware!

I go to VIP LOT no cars only sine. mast go out of Bussnes for reason, but still on web adds .That what this dealer do sales

Would be customer

Test drove an auto over the weekend from this lot. Sat down came to price, trade etc, needed to obtain Insurance and CU financing or cash with commitment to purchase on Tuesday, even confirmed on Monday Morning. Got a call at 5:15 Monday evening the sold the auto to someone else, without as much a courtesy call. Called back and just got excuse after excuse from the owner. I don't know how some people do business, but if you give me your word, I expect you to keep it. I would not do business with this company as you can not trust a thing they say!

Bait and switch

Went to look at a vehicle. Spoke on phone first. Never told me he was at a different lot location so I wasted an hour drive there and then another 20 min to other location. The van was listed on line for 21.4. Got there and he wanted 34k for it tried to show me other vans then for 20k range. Total waste of our day when my husband took a half day feom work as they were only open till 5. Bad business practice. Beware.
