I like the attitude and approach of the sales team. Particularly Tim Guimares and Skip Gallager. Tim were very helpful and patiently answered all my questions. Overall, it was a good experience!

Car purchase.
We just bought two new Hondas from Dick's. We had not bought a car in sixteen years and were prepared for a struggle. We used the Costco car buying program and everything was smooth and very pleasant. Jeremy Campbell and Vince Ackerman are friendly gentlemen who were patient and went out of their way to make our experience a good one. All the paperwork went smoothly and we were NEVER pressured to buy anything we didn't want or need. All in all, five stars.

Go to Dick's Hillsboro Honda for the best car buying experience! Scott is friendly, professional, and an all-around nice guy. Scott's genuine interest and enthusiasm for helping you get into the car of your choice, makes purchasing a car fun! I purchased a Honda CRV and love, love, love the car. The management is great. Marv listens well, and works hard to get you a good deal. We live in Washington but commute to Dick's Hillsboro Honda to purchase all our cars. We have been doing business with this dealer for 8 years and I cannot see myself buying a car anywhere else!

Great Service
Costco and Edmunds both recommended Dick's Hillsboro Honda. Working with Vincent was easy. Had to leave early, before completing the sale. We drove the car home and Vincent came to our house that afternoon to complete the paperwork. He even came in on his day off. Great Service. They had the best price.

Left there in tears
Made an appointment to see the 2015 CRV Touring model and drove 240mi round trip, again we had an appointment. So we get there and take it for a test drive and and it only had 5mi on it. So no one else had even test drove it. And we come back to negotiate the sale and in the middle of working out the contract, another salesman came up to the table and rudely reaches over our salesman and literally grabs the keys and says I need these and our salesman says, Why? The guy says I just sold the car. It was the only Touring model on the lot or anywhere in Oregon other than Medford, which is why we made an appointment and drove all that way. They made no effort to even try to help us and just let me walk out of there in tears. We wasted 9 hrs. for absolutely nothing. We will not waste our time again. Worst buying experience ever.

Good deal...specially with Costco support
I bought a Honda Odyssey. I got the best rate than any other dealer from Dick's. The paper works for financing and other things was very fast. I feel bit slow for the response n store, may be due to busy time or lack of people. Their service center also very good.

Dane was great to work with--very polite and helpful. He even helped me return my rental car in Hillsboro rather than driving it back to Beaverton and then returning to pick up my new Honda. He took all the time I needed to help me understand all the digital displays. All-in-all a positive car-buying experience.

Above Average Costco Car Buying Experience
We recently moved my Mom cross country and combined households. She has a 2011 Camry and has decided to leave it with us while she travels, she is retired and still young enough that travelling is enjoyable. The tags expired on her car, and instead of transferring the Title to Oregon, she suggested that we sell it or trade it in for a new car. I took a look at the Costco program, since it has been a long time since I bought a new vehicle. I was impressed with the cost structure and decided that this is the route that I would take. Having a 1991 Accord that we put 260K miles on and a 2007 Acura TL with 140K miles, I knew the Honda/Acura line better than Toyota, so decided to look at the recent offerings. After meeting with the Honda and Acura sales representatives, we actually had better customer service and rapport with the Honda Sales Rep, Thanooj Fernando. He took his time to explain the Costco program and let us ask questions. He not only knew his product, but he did a great job representing the Costco program. After dealing with the two dealerships, I hope that Dick’s decides to open an Acura dealership, as I think that they would do a wonderful job. I have heard good things about Dick’s Hillsboro Honda from my co-workers, this experience reinforces first hand what they were saying. I look forward to doing more business with them.
