Let's see the first time I went there one of the

Let's see the first time I went there one of the employees forged my signature and did things to my vehicle that I didn't know about.. The second time I went I got charged for a engine air filter that didn't get changes also a gas treatment that didn't get done .

Mr. Desmond Baker coordinated my service in a professional manner. He answered all my questions adequately. I tip my hat to these assistant service advisors [ASM's], - - they have to plow thru a ton of data contained on their computers as pertains to customers and their dealership departments. Be patient with your ASM and protect your interests. The Parts & Service Director - - Mr Cooper Carmichael, is visibly present, enforcing standards and leading the way down the right road. On another note, the amenities for customers "waiting", while their auto is serviced, are of platinum grade. Where would you ever find a retail location offering "free", unlimited cups of espresso coffee, and similar specialty beverages, that are of a high quality?
