Why set an appointment time if you aren?t going to even begin to do an oil change until 3 hours past the appointment time.

Service rep was very nice.
Service rep was very nice. My complaint has nothing to do with her. It is very disappointing when you schedule an appointment for an oil change at 7:30 in the morning and your vehicle is not even pulled into the garage until 8:30. There is a reason we make appointment. We have other things to do besides sitting in a waiting room for 2 hours for a 20 minute job.

I made a 0930 appointment and showed up 15 minutes early
I made a 0930 appointment and showed up 15 minutes early to drop the car off. There was no line customers were trying to be serviced before others. Then we were told the online prices are not the correct prices. We were notified via text that the car was in an arrived status. Since we were told around 1245 the car would be ready I checked back to the link and it did not work. I texted the number that the link was sent from....nothing. I called 3 times and was told the advisor would call me back. My daughter called same response. By this time it is 1630. My husband called and he couldn't get the advisor or service manager. I was at my appointment and clicked on the link again, for kicks and giggles, and tah-dah, it started working and said final touches in progress.

We had a 2 o'clock appointment.
We had a 2 o'clock appointment. We waited over 2 hours to get an oil change. Ridiculous. This is 7 wife goes to Lagrange Toyota.
