Have bought or leased several cars/trucks over the years. Never had any issues. Recently took my Tundra in for repair. Very happy with service rep Veronica and most impressed with the technician Kyle. He was very knowledgeable and helped in making decisions for my truck.

I schedule appointments at 8am,so I can get out soon as I

I schedule appointments at 8am,so I can get out soon as I can. Im always there waiting 4-5+ hrs to get the most simplest things done that shouldn't take the amount of time I wait. I was already there 3 hrs waiting until I finally get the text or asked if I wanted to get any other services done which were the ones I was supposed to get done anyway but one. So I just wonder what the mechanics been doing the whole time. Maybe inspecting everything idk but shouldn't take 3 hrs especially when you have computers that can tell you everything. Just my thoughts. But I always have to wait3+4-5+ hrs every time except once.

Took 2 hours to get someone to call back about

Took 2 hours to get someone to call back about recommendations and didn’t even have the diagnosis for the reason we took the car. Did not rotate the tires and 2 tires were low on air when I left.
