SCAMMERS!

SCAMMERS! DO NOT COME HERE! I brought an 2013 Infiniti G37, online $5,999. They didn’t put the correct car fax information online. I didn’t know previously my car was in an accident. Which means my car actually should’ve been less than what they were advertising. They tried to charge me an additional $3,500 talking bout warranty and fees and registration. I didn’t finance I paid in full but I overhead the conversation next me they tried to charge them also additional $3000 fee to finance a 2014 Hyundai. FIRST OF ALL, my car didn’t have no inspection sticker on it, I had to pay to get my plates and registration. It’s like I could’ve brought the car from the auction MYSELF. Horrible car dealership, I would NEVER recommend anyone to come here. I hope they shut down this establishment.

Liars and crooks.

Liars and crooks. They won’t sell you the car for the advertised price and make you purchase a theft protection from a company they own. It’s not a mandatory charge but they won’t sell you a car without it. The car then breaks the day after you buy it. They can expect an investigation and to see me in civil court!

Looking at the reviews and realizing what I’ve been

Looking at the reviews and realizing what I’ve been through with Autospot LLC. All Im left to say is when you shop here your playing Russian Roulette. I say this because you might get a good car or you might get a lemon. You’ll never know before you buy unless you bring a mechanic with you. Their business is to sell cars so don’t trust them. I warn you don’t give these people your money until they change how they do business. If they were selling good quality cars; they wouldn’t be trying to trick you into a 3rd party warranty company just to have you sign your buyer rights away and for them not to be liable after the purchase. They sold us a lemon. The 2nd day after the purchase the Nissan Pathfinder that we paid $8,744.00 wasn’t drivable. It’s been in different repair shops since we got it. We tried to return the car but they refused to take the car back. Better off going to a dealership that has a better practice of business and pay market price because we paid very close to Market price and still discovered that the transmission was gone. The car was patched up just enough but still looked so appealing and clean. Future note to myself: *Don’t shop at businesses that have integrity issues* *A business in this field that demonstrates a goal to sell good quality cars won’t try to make you sign your rights away that are there to protect you as a consumer ** P.s. the 3 month warranty says it will cover a maximum of $2,500.00 a new transmission for the car is $5,700.00. It’s not that we over-looked that but it’s that we were deceived. I feel like we were scammed. They said the warranty would cover major parts/ work needed. Such as the engine or transmission. We never saw a maximum amount until they gave us the contract for the warranty. I think that’s called False Advertisement and Fraud. Thanks for reading. Hope I helped prevent you from making the same mistakes we did or at least gave you more “eye openers” It’s been over 17 days still no title and haven’t driven the car past that 2nd day we purchased it 😵‍💫 My hard earned money is being put to waste my 2015 Nissan Pathfinder is in the transmission shop. Be careful with Auto Spot LLC. Im seeking legal help. They should be investigated!

Drove three hours to see a car after scheduling a test

Drove three hours to see a car after scheduling a test drive. They had sold it a day before I got there. No notification call or text stating they had sold it. Terrible experience would never recommend

The worst dealership I’ve ever been to.

The worst dealership I’ve ever been to. They clear all the codes on the car, drive home and 4 lights pop on, check engine, battery, hazard, oil and the car was dirty at purchase. I called and told the dealership 4 lights popped on the next day and I want to return the vehicle. They told me call the warranty company which they own. They are scammers, and crooks. They put junk yard parts in cars and hide accidents that wasn’t report on carfax so they can tell you it has no issues. Depending on if they justify my situation, I have an open civil suit against this company.
