Christian in service is EXCELLENT! Oil Stop had made a huge error and put the wrong plugs in so car was leaking oil. Christian went out of his way to ensure all specific verbiage was on my receipt so I could get reimbursed by Oil Stop. He is an asset to this company and needs to be recognized for such!!

Ongoing efforts to have be able to smog my car. Several attempts to smog my car at local smog station and it still hasn't cleared. Out of pocket for repeat visits to the smog station and it still doesn't clear. I have been a customer of Hansel VW since the early 1980's..... have been a car buyer; dealership user since then. I have bought all cars since the 80's at Hansel and have I bought my cars at your shop and have never left!! PS: I had the smog work done at Hansel VW at your Corby Ave . location

Clean, courteous snd professional. I especially liked the coffee, tea and snacks. I would go back all over again!
