Excellent

I had a wonderful experience with the sales rep Jamel Brown. He covered everything plus some! He has followed up to make sure I know all I need to know about my new car! Very helpful!

Friendly service

We found the car online at Sanford Infinity and went to check it out. It was the first and only dealership we went to because we bought that car. Calvin, the salesman was very friendly and helpful. We bought a used car and he even introduced us to the original owner for further questions. Everyone we met there was very friendly and it is a beautiful place too. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Purchase of a used Infiniti JX35 2013

Excellent services from everyone. Anthony DiPalma took care of me and made sure I was happy with the van I purchased. He took the time to make sure I was happy with the theater system in my van and even after the purchase of my van, I had questions, which he readily took the time to answer and made sure I was happy.

Sanford Infiniti, great customer service.

Anthony DiPalma, too care of me when I walked in to inquire about a promotion that I received in the mail. Ended up buying a used 2013 JX35 with a full theater package (which I was most interested in). Never bought a used car before, and the sale process a little faster than I expected. However, Mr. DiPalma was courteous, and professional. He addressed all my concerns and facilitate me with what the van needed to make sure my kids were happy in understanding how to use the theater system. I did not realize used car did not come with user manual. Mr. DiPalma and staff were kind enough to facilitate me with one because the prior owner did not leave one in the van. Overall, I would recommend him and this facility, everyone I encountered were very professional.

Awesome. Employees

I want to thank two of. The employees that you have named Antonio Rosaria and Raul Moreno for there hard work and showing me the best service. I have purchased a car at the Sanford Infiniti car dealership I want to thank them both for going above and beyond my expectations and taking care of my vehicle that had a small issue and they ensured that everything with my car was running great and I will come back again for sure to this car dealership to purchase my next vehicle and I want to say thank you to Antonio and raul for being a great employee and providing me and my family with an amazing experience you have some great employees !

Excellent service

I just want to commend two of your employees raul Moreno and antonio Rosario. They went above and beyond to meet my needs and handle my situation. I Came to the dealership with no intention of looking for a car now. I was with a friend of mine and Anthony insisted he get me information also. Now we have been in touch for a few weeks and I believe I am maybe a week out from a new car when I didn't think I would buy one for a few months. Anthony is very helpful, is not pushy, and is always willing to get me any information he can. I highly recommend going to see him if you are in the market for any type of car.

Great Customer Service

Anthony DiPalma was amazing to work with, he was patient and kind as we took our time making our decision on the best car for our family. We never once felt pressured to purchase a car and allowed for us to ask many questions and was able to offer feedback on the questions we had. The facilities were immaculate and they had a safe space for our children to sit and entertain themselves as we went through process. Once we had made the decision to purchase the process went extremely quick and smoothly. Anthony, we appreciate you making us feel at home and are so grateful for our new car. Thank you again!

Great Customer Service

Anthony DiPalma immediately made my family and I feel comfortable with purchasing our new vehicle. He never pressured us to purchase. Anthony was patient with us throughout the whole process.
