No hassle buy

Worked with Kim Carr.. She did an outstanding job. We agreed on a cost for vehicals that was actually on the property. Everything was as she said no surprises Would highly recommend visiting Lou Sobh and working with Kim.

Simply Outstanding Service

I decided to combine a purchasing trip with a service trip for an Accord. I dropped off the Accord in service where I had made an appointment and wandered over to the showroom where I was looking for my sales lady, Ms. Carr. I was shown to her and she kindly showed me two CRV's. I rapidly decided on the EX-L. We had already arrived at a price before I arrived at the Dealership. As she (and Karen) worked on the purchase documents my Accord was ready. I left to get some long delayed breakfast. By the time I returned the finance paperwork was ready to sign at the interest rate I desired to pay {.9%}. This was easily the fastest and easiest auto purchase I think I have ever made. Not only would I recommend my sales lady but I would happily recommend your dealership.

Top notch customer service

When you make an appointment for service, they are ready for you when you get there, they listen to and take care of any and all questions. The employees are all very pleasant and helpful, and it's just one more reason I bought my Honda CRV from them! Best in the business!

Excellent service

Everyone was exceptional from the shuttle driver to the rental car administrator to the service advisors. I will buy another honda based on my experiences at the service center

Highly professional, well managed company
