Throughout my many instances of buying vehicles, I have never had such a pleasant experience as buying our "new to us" Chrysler Pacifica from Justin at R&B Car Company of South Bend. From the moment that we came to test drive a couple of different vehicles to the moment of final departure Justin was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough with the car buying experience without a hint of overbearing. In addition, the simplicity and straightforward pricing made me feel as if R&B wasn't trying to pull a fast one on us. My wife and I drove away with a sense that we had been treated with the respect of valued customers rather than a means to a paycheck.

Shopped online for the car, found the car on the website, went to r&b, and Cameron got us exactly what we wanted. This isn't my first time doing for a great car from r&b and it won't be the last 😁👍🏻👍🏻

I couldn't have hoped for anything better then the service i received from Cameron at R & B Car Company. Once we were on the same page as far as my likes and dislikes he had several vehicles lined up for me to test drive and they all were in my price range and my mileage preference. Needless to say, he had me in a new vehicle driving out of the lot within a week and very pleased and proud of my purchase. Oh and one more item that I feel should be mentioned, the price they gave me for my trade in was exactly what I felt it should be, no going back and forth trying to agree on an amount. They were more then generous. All in all, it was a very enjoyable encounter.
