The Gentlemen in service appear to be looking out for the customer, by asking the right questions. These questions may have saved me some money on my engine, just in time. While I had issues with the call center passing on messages, they made sure I had direct numbers to resolve the matter. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Al Pukhovich (salesperson) was awesome and so helpful! He tried to help as much as possible and made the process smoothly. Went in today with a check engine light on and a

Went in today with a check engine light on and a seemingly oil leak. There were a few hiccups along the way, but my car was fixed, and the staff I worked with were all very kind, in particular, Matt. Finding a place to service your car that you feel comfortable with, especially as a women, can be challenging. I didn't have an issue here and I will be back. I felt like a person and not a quota number. Now if they just had a diet coke vending machine for non coffee drinkers who still require caffeine, that would be great. :)

I recently moved from NY to IL and I had a warranty

I recently moved from NY to IL and I had a warranty repair (Starter Died) Randy was excellent, he met the tow truck outside and got me processed asap. he was honest with the service times and also about some delays on part delivery. I appreciated the honesty about the timeframe. He got the car looked at and verified what I thought which was the starter. The part took a few days as he said and I had my car back and its running well. All the staff I interacted were friendly and helpful but also very busy. Randy was excellent. I will be bringing my car back for other services.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I have gone back several times know primarily for oil changes and never had a problem with service. Each time the services was completed within the expected time frame.
